I contacted several dealerships on a Sunday night online, Monday morning a man named Jayson from the Classic VW in Mentor, emailed me and asked about the car I was interested in. He was extremely helpful and I ended up coming in Monday evening and leaving with a brand new 2017 Tiguan that same night. I dreaded coming into the dealership because I have a hyper 6 year old son and couldn't stay for hours but at VW everyone was waiting for me. The car I inquired about was detailed and parked right up front waiting for me to test drive, the salesman was very courteous and informative and the finance manager had my paperwork ready to sign and go. Several people including the GM made sure my son was comfortable, offering both of us beverages and him a toy. I am very satisfied with the experience I received at VW and will recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

I was very pleased with my experience at Classic Volkswagen on Monday. I came in to lease a Volkswagen Jetta. Sean was our salesperson. He was friendly, helpful and explained all the tech details of the vehicle. The GM Mike Urban was so helpful in coordinating the efforts of his team to make our experience go smoothly and efficiently. Thank you!

Excellent service from a great group of people! I decided to buy my first VW Bug from Classic and the experience was painless and enjoyable the entire time. Tom K. was a delight to meet with (more than once) and was consistently able to answer any questions that I had. I was never left in the dark about anything that was going on and they were able to make the process quicker than I anticipated. I plan to continue using Classic Volkswagen in the future and I look forward to meeting with them again.

Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Transaction was smooth and Tom and Mike were very very pleasant to work with. Low pressure environment and got me the car I wanted FAST. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience here. Hector was very kind and helpful, and most importantly honest, both professionally and personally, which is very rare these days (sad to say). Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a VW, or just for advice about one that you own already.

Solid.the sales experience was very quick, efficient and pricing was outstanding. Had an issue with the vehicle after the sale and Jayson and Tom were great, got it handled with Service immediately. Jay in service was very professional and the service work quality was very good. There was one issue they could have handled better, but I am very particular so not a big deal. I had an opportunity to speak with the GM too, he was very pleasant, customer focused and has a caring attitude. Very pleased, it was excellent all around experience.

Hector was great to deal with at Classic VW! He kept us up to date on the new 2018 Tiquan situation all summer. Hector immediately got back to us if we had any questions. He was always very personal and professional! We love our new car!

When I first went to Volkswagen I went to the one on Chardon Road terrible service . I then went to the Volkswagen in Mentor and immediately as soon as I went in Sean Palko was awesome greeted me and my family smiled asked me what I was looking for and brought the Car out for me to see . At first I thought I wanted a Jetta but I got a 2017 VW Tiguan !!!! And I looovvvvvve it like Sean was official helpful very patient with the whole process whatever I needed and wanted he made sure I got it and was comfortable with what I had Sean is a really good sales person especially for someone who is first buying a car !!! Amazing amazing make sure you visit VW in mentor ask for Sean and everybody else was amazing from the receptionist to the Head Manager for Mentor VW

Great service. Great waiting area. Great people. Just an all around welcoming place that you'd expect and more from a dealership. There was no BS, just the facts. I recommend shopping for your next VW here, and service is phenomenal too!
