They were very deceptive on the price. They wouldn't give us a price until we were signing papers. They ran my credit multiple times witch dropped my credit score. Sold us a warranty that we didn't even know we had. Will never even look at a vehicle there again.

I've never had such a horrible customer service experience. They only offered half of what I should have gotten for my trade in. The finance officer suggest I do a voluntary repo. It sounded so shadey. Him, his whole story he tried to give me, none of it made sence. Totally creeper and lair. Went to another dealer ship, and they where shocked someone would suggest that. They also gave me double for my trade in. The salesmen was nice, understanding. The finance officer NEEDS TO BE FIRED. How dare someone suggest something that can ruien your credit like that for YEARS. As oh, it's no big deal we have had 3 people do it this week. The minute he said, "now, don't tell the salesman I said this." I thought Your so full of it!!!!! Claiming that he had done it himself!?!? Run, do not walk, as far away from this dealership as you possibly can!!!!!

The service staff at Great Lakes Chrysler Dodge were very empathetic to this intermittent repair case and worked diligently to definitively solve it. Their efforts were most appreciated. Also, Great Lakes Chrysler Dodge provided a HASSLE FREE loaner car throughout the entire experience. Great Lakes Chrysler Dodge kept me well informed throughout the repair process. As a bonus, Great Lakes Chrysler Dodge also corrected an annoying rattle not connected with the original problem. All in all, Great Lakes Chrysler Dodge exhibited top notch customer service.
