Excellent experience during a recent service at Honda of Mentor. Everything was explained in detail, the wait was shorter than expected and everyone was helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend getting your car serviced here.

Excellent service. Walking me through everything with ease. Very friendly and knew about the Civic I purchased. I'd recommend anyone to them. My first Honda purchase ever and love it thus far. No complaints from me!

I recently found the dealership looking for specific vehicle that I found online. I made them an offer the sales manager Bryan Gallion made me a great counter offer and forwarded the sales information as promised. Unfortunately I did find a vehicle, not exactly what I wanted, a little closer to my home and decide to go with the latter. I appreciated Bryan’s time and friendly demeanor.

I have been with Honda of Mentor for years. I have always had the best service. Jennifer and the others are always there to help in anyway they can. They service center always listens to what you need done and they do their best to make sure it gets done in a timely order. They explain everything all the work that was done and ask if I have any questions. I been to other dealerships but Honda of Mentor has always gone over and beyond for their customers. Thank you

Leased a New Honda Civic EX-T for my daughter, what an amazing car. We are very happy with this vehicle. She loves it and all the equipment especially the awesome touch screen radio. We will be going back to purchase a CR-V sometime next year. We had a great and very knowledgeable Sales person Dan Kro. I would recommend him because he really knows the product line. Great Experience!!!!

Excellent customer service! We purchased a car a year ago and had a great experience from sales to financing. I have been back twice in the past couple weeks for minor service and then a recall (I believe the recall came out right around the day I was there 😑). The staff are knowledgable and friendly true professionals! It's crazy to say, but I am looking forward to going back in the near future for additional work and to purchase cars for my three kids! Thanks Jason!

I did not have a great experience here as far as getting a fair deal. I felt as though they overcharged me for a used Honda compared to the deal I ended up getting at Motorcars Honda in Cleveland Heights and on top of that they quoted the value of my trade-in as much less then what Kelly blue book was saying it was worth. Motorcars gave me 4,000 dollars more for my trade-in while still giving me a better price on a used Honda. I gave two stars instead of one because it wasn't the worst experience ever-just due to the things I mentioned before wouldn't go back there ever.

Nice dealership facility, (most) folks are friendly.
They really take the "deal" out of dealership, the price of my car was the price of my car and there was no negotiation to be had. Had to bring the car back to get accessories installed (which was a real hassle because I was leaving on a trip and had to postpone.)
Honda's are pretty great cars, imo, so overall, that outweighed any cons.response / report this review -

WOW, literally sitting in their Parking lot writing this review. Made an appointment to come here- an hr and 20 min drive to see a SPECIFIC car. Salesman tells us yesterday was his day off and service department loaned the car out so it's not even here. Then comes back after 20 minutes "I have even worse news. The car was sold." So which is it, loaned out or sold? We asked to speak to the manager, his name is mike. His answer, "I'm sorry. I can't make a car just appear." Are you kidding me? It was such a condescending comment we just left. Good luck with this dealership. Major disappointment. I would give it ZERO stars if possible. Addendum- went down the street and bought from Rick Case 20 minutes later. So did another family we saw at Honda of Mentor.

Frankly, our deal didn't work out today, but I would still most definitely recommend this location. Billy B. took really good care of me and my Dad (he had a stroke a while back, needed some accommodations while we talked), and really gave it his all to try and get us in the car we were looking at. Was 100% cool with me taking the prospect car to a mechanic, and despite some issues it was 100% a quality, affordable vehicle. Will most definitely be coming back, hopefully a little better prepared next time.

Recently bought a 2017 Honda Accord Ex-L, and I am very pleased with experience I had at Honda of Mentor. Josh Nagy, made my car buying process smooth. He provided with all the information that was asked for without any hesitation. Very professional, helpful and Knowledgeable guy. Would highly recommend Josh and Honda of Mentor.

We just bought a 2017 Honda CRV-EX and love it. We especially appreciated the professionalism and kindness that we received from our salesperson JOSH NAGY. We highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a new car at Honda of Mentor. He is honest and you'll really like him not just as a salesperson but as a friend. He will walk you through the process, answer all your questions, and we didn't feel any pressure that we had to buy. 5 stars for this fellow!!!

I recently bought a Honda CRV from Josh Nagy and it was an excellent experience. When my mom bought her Honda Ridgeline Josh was her salesman and she recommended him based on his superior service. I was not disappointed! Josh made my car buying process smooth and easy. The service department is great too!

My experience was very easy and not stressful at all. T.J. Bowler was such a great help. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had while working hard to get me the best deal even when I was not at the dealership. He was very trustworthy and I never had problems getting in touch with him.
