Great seafood buffet on Friday and Saturday! You get half a lobster per person and fried shrimp, calamari and hush puppies brought to the table. The buffet selection is plentiful. The chocolate dome is their best dessert on the buffet. I like that Pluto, Goofy, Chip and Dale come to the table. I will be going back really soon. Garden Grove is awesome!

Rooms were clean, service friendly, grounds were well-manicured & landscaped. Lots of restaurants, coffee bars, etc on property, which is very convenient. I do think that I would expect more from the guest rooms for the price if the hotel wasn’t located where it is. Walls are thin, so you can expect to hear everything next-door and every time your upstairs neighbor relieves himself. Still, it was comfortable, and the location is super-convenient.

We had a 3 night stay on the 12th floor of the hotel. The check-in was quick and the front desk agents were very friendly. The room was clean and very well kept. One of the best things about this hotel is that it's located on Disney property. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Orlando.

The Swan is absolutely amazing!!! The location is perfect as it is located on the boardwalk. Rooms are very nice with absolutely amazing beds, everyone is very nice and helpful. Also we ordered a comforter and the service was amazing with very fast response. Definitely will come again.

Let me first say how disappointed I am in your hotel. The only reason I even considered the Swan was because Disney Resorts had no vacancies. I also thought it would be ideal since we were attending Epcot.

First your cost is astronomical, $300 per night by the time you add a resort fee and taxes. I understand taxes but a $32 resort fee for a couple "complimentary" waters? And then the nerve to charge another $20 to park my vehicle. Way to take care of the locals driving in and choosing your hotel. Wow Disney doesn't even charge to park. But you know what i figured the hotel looks nice from the outside so what the heck.

And then we arrive at the room. Are you kidding me? $300 for this? That room is definitely not at that level to charge that kind of money. I have stayed in many types of rooms and trust me your hotel room is no big deal. Surely not worth the price. Then to be awakened by a crying baby next door shows how thin the walls are. Awful.

I will never stay at your hotel again if it is free. Had I known my experience would be this bad I would have driven home and saved the money and aggravation. Staying in a hotel is supposed to be a pleasant experience, not just a bed where you lay your head.

I know and don't expect anything to be done regarding my experience since you already have my money. But word of mouth and a written review goes a long way. I intend to post this review at every opportunity.

Excellent modern themed hotel. Very comfortable beds. Hotel service up to standard. However one day they forgot to give our daily 2 bottle of complimentary water. We called them and asked for it and they ended up bringing 4. Location is about 10 to 20 min from all Disney parks and Universal Studio. They also have a character meet dinner area that I did not attend though.

Debbie who checked us in made the process simple and enjoyable when she found out it was our anniversary weekend. She went out of her way to make us feel special.we would most definitely stay at the Swan again.
Andre who concierge our luggage up to the room, even though we chose not to use valet was so nice and gave us tips for how to get to the parks the fastest. We never use concierge but Andre changed our opinion on that for the future.
Thank you to everyone for wishing us a Happy Anniversary wherever we went, thanks to Debbie providing us unique "Happy Anniversary" buttons.
We had a king size room with a balcony. It was beautiful and so clean. It was one of the most impressive rooms we ever stayed inand the bed was so comfortable, especially after some long hours at the parks. Great resort and cast members to make your stay memorable.

The location is perfect to go to any of the Disney Parks. It's especially easy if you are going to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. We went to Magic Kingdom during our stay and took the complimentary shuttle. It was a pretty painless ride to and from. The pick you up and drop you off right at the entrance. When we checked in the agent helping us was delightful. She made sure to tell us all about the amenities and how to get the most out of our stay. Our room was great, clean and worked for what we needed it forsleep. Because, for the most part, that is all we did while in the room. We did order room service and the food was great and timely for such a late night order (11pm). The pools (especially the Grotto) we're fantastic. The grotto had a slide and a water fall. We had breakfast (on a Sunday) and our kids had a chance to meet Goofy, Pluto, Chip and Dale). This was a great way to end our magical vacation.

The swan resort is one of the best for the price! Has great restaurants, perfect for lids of all ages! Great pools, hammocks and playground for relaxing! Jist a short walk to the Boardwalk for more fine dining and entertainment and then another short walk into Epcot! Will definitely stay again when i return!

Very nice hotel. However, you can't take the magic express bus here from the airport.. also, the Disney magic bands are not included with your stay. When we first got to our room their were two mosquitoes and a tiny ant on our bed. This may sound horrible, but I was willing to overlook it since the room was pretty nice and the hotel seemed pretty clean. Throughout the rest of our stay, no more insects. The stay was great and pool was massive with a nice slide. The interior of the hotel isn't very "kid" friendly. So FYI if you are trying to get the entire Disney experience, this may not be ideal.

Great hotel for the price. Walking distance to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Good upscale restaurants. For cheaper food options not so great. Basically the same as any Disney rooms you're not usually spending a ton of time in the room.

The room is overall great. Two queen size beds, but small bathroom. The door to the bathroom nearly hits the toilet. Two sinks. Food is great, but cost extra. I recommend going to the dolphin for food. When a big event is going the elevators do accumulate a fairly large line.

Very nice variety available for dining. Great location. Nice rooms. Very comfortable. Hotel itself is a maze - very confusing layout and hard to find your way around. Also temperature in hotel was never consistent. 10 degree difference from one hallway to the next. And very nasty smells in the hallway leading to my room at least once a day. Honestly smelled like sewer all the way down the hall several different times (though not all the time).
