We love the resort! Family style entertainment every day of the week, relaxing spa, rooms were very clean and guest services were on point. Every staff member we met was so pleasant and went out of their way to make sure my family and I had a great experience!
Excellent family resort. Lots of pools, lazy rivers, water slides, mini golf and other daily activities. Right beside Epcot where you can see the fireworks every night. The units are a bit smaller than other timeshares we've visited but they're clean and up-to-date. We love it here and keep coming back!
For the most part, everything about our room was great. The biggest issue with our room was that the guest bedroom had no ceiling fan, unlike the main bedroom and living room. When we arrived our room was hot and humid and the single vent was not giving us any air. We call the front desk but it took at least an hour for someone to arrive. All he could do was close the vents in the living room so more air would circulate into the guest room. They couldn't even provide a plugin fan. I ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room on the first night. The fridge was also set to the highest possible temp and the next day our milk was warm. We turned the temp down so all our issues were fixed by the following day. Very close to the parks, especially Epcot. You can get a great view of the fireworks depending on which tower you're in.
Very nice 3 bedroom. Very roomy for 6 adults. Nicely decorated and well appointed kitchen. Had a leaky bathroom sink which we reported and it was fixed immediately. Beautiful grounds and recreation areas.
ALL of the staff are friendly and helpful. The resort is well maintained and clean. There are plenty of activities to participate in without leaving the premises. A shuttle service is provided to all of the Disney parks. I'm not sure about the other parks. The rooms are nice and spacious. We have a 3 bedroom with 4 adults and 6 kids and we don't feel crowded.
This is the best resort we've ever stayed in. So much to do and so much fun! It's like they took all the feedback they'd ever gotten and really made sure our comfort was #1. It's been a wonderful experience with our 3 and 1 year old. We will definitely come back!
Stayed in Vacation Owners condos. Large, multi-storied, multi-building complex built around a small lake. Easy parking, adequately appointed newer suites, easy access to area attractions. Good kitchen setups, balconies, WiFi, TVs, washer/dryer. Frustrated over the hard sell timeshare presentation, loud neighbors (thin walls?), closed larger pool (2+ days during a short stay) and the awful, constantly played pop music loop broadcast everywhere outside - I found that feature frustrating and aggravating. What could have been a peaceful and restful experience was tainted by having to listen to someone else's idea of music.
LOVE THIS PLACE. I have been staying here with my family for almost 10 years, and it has only gotten better. Wyndham renovates the condos every couple years so they always seen fresh and updated. The best towers to stay in as far as views and proximity to the best pools are the East towers all the way down to Torre del Sol. The resort has lots of programming and activities to do if you like to hang out. Otherwise, Bonnet Creek makes a great place to satellite out from if you like to go on day drips to the beach or theme parks or state parks, etc. The service is exceptional; every time we have a minor issue in a condo, the facilities staff immediately start working to resolve the issue. I will definitely continue staying here for years to come.
Beautiful resort, pushy about the timeshare presentations. They hold your parking pass hostage at the desk where the timeshare presentation folks work. You get room room key and a map. Then go to the other counter to get the preamble to the hard sell. All of the staff are phenomenally nice. We especially loved the baggage handlers. Please be kind and tip those hard working folks. The resort has loads of activities. Great location. Lovely rooms.
The staff was super nice and extremely helpful. The pools were great though the water slides were not operational for a late-night swim 8:30 p.m.. the pizza restaurant was extremely good and room service was extremely fast. The room could have used a good dusting but otherwise no complaints. Super close to Disney and Disney Springs. Like an on property Resort except at half the cost we would stay there again.
We always enjoy staying here. The property has everything you'd want on a vacation. The rooms are big, clean, and stocked with the essentials (And a few bonus items). The proximity to the Disney parks is ideal. It's about a mile-and-a-half from Epcot. You can see the fireworks from the property. The only downside is having to deal with the timeshare pushes, which is pretty standard across timeshares. However, the staff has still been very friendly.
The service here is WONDERFUL. Great view, clean rooms, the front desk is amazing, even the night crew. Nia was super funny and helpful. The valet was prompt. Overall the experience was above what I imagined. I would recommend this location to anyone.
I like this place because there is so much you can do here during your stay. As a person who likes to work out, you can walk if you choose to. You have a cool fitness area and you have the pool. I don't think one week is enough to experience everything you want to. Nice place people! Come on.
We love Bonnet Creek. There is so much to do here you never even have to leave the resort if you don't want to, but at the same time it is literally 10 minutes from the Disney parks.
The only down side to the resort is the extreme lack of parking. If you can afford shuttles and not using a rental or driving I would highly recommend it. They do not appear to be adding any more parking even though they are expanding the resort so it will only get worse.
The rooms are great and the grounds are kept up very well.
The condo is awesome and the complex is beautiful. However, we have had several issues regarding service. One evening we sat down at a restaurant and waited 20 minutes with no waiter so we left. When we went to another we were seated and given menus but then within 10 minutes we were told the kitchen had closed. This is also the second time we've stayed that we've experienced issues with check-in that required we wait an hour or more for our room. This would be an amazing place if they would take a more service oriented approach to all guest interactions.
