Me and my family stayed in a deluxe cabin that could sleep up to 6 people and the cabin was very spacious and well designed, me and my brother slept in the room with the bunk beds and my mom and my sister slept in the room with the queen bed, and the cabin also came with a pull out sofa, the cabin has lots of windows which is good for natural lighting in the cabin, the cabin came with a small kitchen with a flat top stove and sink, it came with a mini fridge witch was nice to put our drinks and other goods that needed to be kept cold, the bathroom was kinda small but it was usable, and the AC heater did not work during the night and it was cold in the cabin and there was no one we could call during the night for help and cabin came with Wi-Fi, it came with a very nice fire pit and porch, and my overall experience was a 3/5
An excellent campground that is close to all of Orlando's major attractions. Very friendly staff and clean campground. Restrooms and showers are spotless!
One of the best layed out designs for a campground we have stayed at. Great staff and clean sites. Kids loved the playground and the pool
Well maintained property and facilities. Friendly and courteous staff. Close to Disney World. Sam's Club across the street. Several outlets in the immediate area. Publix supermarket down the road from the campground. Highly recommend staying here.
This is a great campground that is very clean and run very well. As you drive off of I-4 to get there you may get a little leery about the location but it is very convenient, close to the parks and reasonably priced. The cabins and restrooms are spotless!
Clean and quiet.
Close to disney
they have a nice kids play area and dog park too. Spots are super close to each other
we will be back:)
Clean, well maintained. Friendly staff. Near Walt Disney World. 23hr access to pool and hot tub. Sam's Club across the street, other stores nearby.
Arrived on Sept 24, a week after Hurricane Irma. Everything was cleaned up and in top shape. We stayed for a week while on a business trip to Orlando. Great facilities, better than some of the good hotels we have stayed at.. Sam's Club is right across the street, Walmart and Camping World just down the street. Will definitely be using this site again.
Very nice place. No inconveniences whatsoever. The cabins are beautiful and they come with a Keurig! The other campers were quiet and we didn't have any problems at all. They have a big playground, there's a convenient store in the office area , 24hr pool (with hot tub) and a 24 laundry room! The whole place was SUPER clean and well kept. We had an issue with our camper and Mr. Bob the maintenance man took a look for us. Very nice people! Highly recommend. We had a wonderful time.
Lovely service! Kathy is really kind and helpful! Great amenities. Not so strong for tents, but RVs and cabins are great.
Very nice except for the cats under the porch, the ants everywhere, the broken air mattress, broken fridge, and under powered stove. Other than that, its nice, the employees were helpful and the store was nice.
Stayed five nights in a deluxe cabin. Their website did not show a handicapped cabin available but I was told by staff they had showers available onsite for those who needed accessible shower facilities. When we arrived both handicapped showers were 'out of order'. The doorway to the bathroom in the cabin was also half the size of a normal doorway - my husband had to go in sideways and I could not go through at all. So using the toilet in the cabin that we paid for was an issue as well. Staff "was not aware" the handicapped facilities were out of order and it took them three days to fix.
Did not offer to move us to handicapped cabin that was not in use the entire time we were there. Check out person 'did not know' that the doorways into the bathroom and bedroom were a tight fit as she had never been in a cabin there.
Another issue is that neighborhood kids roam through the campground stealing anything they can - campground staff warned my sister who rented a campsite - but did not tell us when we checked in.
This is the cleanest, most beautifully manicured campground/ RV park of any brand I've ever visited. They are convenient to Disney and Universal. It would be a great place to take a family.
Its our first camping trip in our in laws camper. Yes it is true from all other reviews this place is clean and well kept. Everyone is friendly too. We took a look at the different cabins they rent out and they are really nice as well!!
The only down fall is being right next to the main road. Our reserved sight is right next to the road and you can hear the street traffic with windows closed. But overall great first day at the KOA!!
