This was the second time I have stayed at the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek. Both times I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The accommodations are very nice and the staff is professional and friendly. Relaxing by the lazy river and pool is wonderful. One of the best values added is the Disney shuttle. Free (included in resort fee) shuttle service to all Disney parks and Disney Springs really makes the trip better. My only complaint is that all of the food and drink on site is ridiculously expensive. I had a breakfast sandwich that was lukewarm and it was $10. The breakfast buffet, if you want meat and eggs included, is $28. Not worth it but very convenient. I would stay again despite the cost of food.

The service here has been great. The staff is friendly and the facility is nice. Great outdoor pool. Lots of seating. Being attached to the Waldorf Astoria is a great advantage as you have access to their property as well. Only downside was on the first day the room was not as cleaned as I would have liked. Outside of that I would recommend this property to others in the future.

Fist time in this Hotel. The staff were really amicable, and helpful. The room was ready and very clean. The breakfast buffet excellent. I really enjoyed my vacation. Although , it was in November the pool/ the water was cold, but they were working on it. I will defenetly come back again to Hilton Bonnet Creek in Orlando.

Beautiful property. Attended a dance competition. Nice ballrooms. Good service. Wish there were more elevators though! Escalator was down on Sunday and had to go way out of the way to find an elevator!

World class service! This place made me feel right at home and treated me like a CEO! Event staff was outstanding! Everyone of their employees knows the meaning of customer service. Truly a remarkable experience! Will never stay anywhere else when in Orlando!

5 Star Hotel with 1 Star services. I booked a double queen bed room 1 month in advance but end up with sofa bed without pillow. My first experience in a hotel without pillow. Even with the 1 Star Hotel will provide the basic pillow for the guests. I was so surprised the poor service by this so call 5 Stars. I waited for 1 hour to get the pillow. Really disappointed.

My girlfriend and I chose to stay here for our recent trip to Disney. It was our first time not staying on Disney Property, and we had a SUPERB experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and we chose to eat at the Harvest Bistro every morning of our 3 night stay. The selection was vast, and the food was DELICIOUS.
As for the room, it was spacious and clean. My girlfriend and I have never slept better than we slept in this hotel. The pool was the perfect temperature and not crowded at all. It was a flawless stay, and I will 100 percent be returning in all future trips to Orlando.response / report this review -

The atmosphere is inviting. The front desk is very helpful. The amenities are outstanding with a beautiful pool, slide and lazy river. The poolside bar made very good drinks. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. My room faced MGM Disney and I saw the fireworks. I will stay again soon.

Ms. Melinda in In-House Dining was a God-send! She worked with me to make my honey's birthday surprise a success. I had to return home, but needed to surprise him with the delivery to our room of some sweet treats from their bakery, a birthday card, and cake I had delivered from a Jacksonville. She managed the deliveries to our room and was very flexible and understanding as I had to adjust the delivery time several times. Not one time did she show any frustration. That made me feel like a truly valued guest. Thank you Hilton Bonnet Creek for having Ms. Melinda there on staff! She provided AMAZING customer service. Ms. Luisa, an agent in the lobby also assisted with the birthday surprise. She helped to coordinate the receipt of the cake from Jacksonville.

I love this hotel and have stayed there 8-10 times in the past and the Waldorf as well next door. I stayed at the Hilton twice in the past two weeks and still enjoy the hotel. However, I think the fees and recent change in policy for Gold and Diamond Hilton Honors guest has me rethinking staying here in the future. Resort fee was raised to $35/day recently and self parking to $27/day. I'm a Hilton Honors Diamond member and the breakfast, which used to be free continental and a small upcharge for the hot breakfast with kids eating free is now $18 for continental, $28 for hot breakfast and kids are not free. You get a $20 voucher, but I've gone from a $20 bill (including tip) at this hotel in February to over $60 this past weekend. When you consider the resort fee, parking (self or valet) and now breakfast, you are in for over $100 in add ons prior to any other expenses, meaning your all in costs is likely over $300 per night for a weekend stay. I'll be back in Orlando in December, January and April, but will have to think long and hard about staying at the Hilton Bonnet Creek again. While I love the hotel and the pool, I think they have priced themselves out of my market when I can go to an off Disney Embassy Suites or Hilton Garden Inn and get a similar or cheaper rate with free parking and breakfast. I'd love to give it 5 stars, but just really disappointed at these recent changes.

Best off property hotel around Disney world. The hotel is immaculate and the staff is always amazing. This hotel has one of the best pools of any hotel I've stayed at and makes for a great retreat from the heat and the crowded parks. The rates are always quite a bit cheaper than Disney but you're so close and the hotel provides it's own transportation so you don't feel like you're missing out. This hotel is a must stay.

We stayed here a few weeks ago and it was amazing, we have stayed at several "5 star" resorts in Orlando and this was as good or better than anywhere we have stayed. Service is what makes the difference for us and the service here is outstanding. The hotel is clean and new with great amenities. Our daughter liked the pool so much she asked to stay and swim instead of going to the Magic Kingdom on our 3rd day. Will definitely go back.

This is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They helped me find the ice machine and my family told the front desk it was my birthday. They told us they were bringing something and they forgot. We called and they were not unhappy about it. They were happy to help us and when we got back from dinner, there was a large cupcake, a balloon, a candle and matches to light it, and a birthday card. The hotel was very clean and nice. The pool area is very fun and the food was great. The room was spacious and about as large as a normal Hilton would probably be. (I've never stayed in a Hilton before) The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The bathroom was not small and the beds were comfortable. We may possibly return.

Hotel is lovely. Very classy and the staff is excellent. Rooms are not any bigger than a typical Hilton. It had a mini fridge, coffee maker and nice sized flat screen tv. There are 18 floors but there are upgrade fees to be on a high floor and to overlook the pool and golf side as compared to overlooking a wooded area and the Wyndham hotel nearby. Pool area is beautiful. Lazy river and a slope to wade into the large part of the pool. There is a resort fee but it included the pool tubes. They also charge $22.00 per night to park in the garage which is attached to the hotel. Overall, this is a great property to enjoy a restful weekend.
