This is a Fantastic Ford Dealership and Jeff Flick was attentive, friendly and supportive through my entire ordeal cause of an auto accident that totalled my other vehicle and went above and beyond to make me that everything will be ok. I want to thank Brett, the finance officer was also Fantastic, explained everything and took the time to make sure I understood each step of the paper process and the loan documents.
The other members of the Wagner Ford dealership in Carey, Ohio were very friendly and helpful.
One other thing that I noticed is that the show room and the garage area looked and smelled very clean.
I grew up with my father livelihood was a mechanic and I know what a service bay in the past smells like and I noticed the cleanliness of this Dealership.
Thank you again to everyone. Love my Ford Escape.

I called before driving 2 hours to look at an RV to ask some specific questions. I saw in their ad that the RV had leveling Jack's, salesman assured me twice that it did, guess what? No leveling Jack's. Rv pics looked like it had delamination, I asked about that and was assured it was just shadowing in the pictures, guess what? Severe water damage and delamination. RV was in terrible condition, ad stated it was a sleeper sofa a nope. It was a recliner. The salesman immediately pulled us over to a $50,000 unit and kept trying to sell us that one. I told him we wanted to pay cash and stay under$35,000, immediately kept pushing financing. A waste of time, a long trip, and a liar. Stay away from this place.

Great Service, Great Price, Great Attitude and a Great job of taking care of the customer. It is amazing how quickly you take care of a problem when you find out about it. I have been a Wagner Customer for over 25 years and will continue to be with my future purchases. The staff is friendly, straightforward and always goes the extra mile to take care of us. It is nice to go to a dealership where people listen to your wants, needs or problems and takes care of them. Thank You and keep up the good work.

Had a great experience at wagner ford. Nice people, even being short staffed when I was in, I didn't feel neglected at all. Jim worked with me to get me the truck I wanted and I was able to accomplish the goal I had set when I walked into the dealership. I drove down from perrysburg and the trip was worth it. Great prices and helpful staff. So far I'm very pleased with my purchase but, time will tell. Thank you to everyone I came in contact with!

I contacted Wagner Ford & Wagner Mazda about problems I am having with a used truck I purchased from them. The owner, Rick Wagner, was on the phone ready to talk within the first minute of my call. We are working together on a solution to the problem, even considering the fact that the truck was sold without a warranty. He has been honest and respectful throughout the whole process, I will definitely keep them in mind when I am in the market for a new vehicle.
