Had tire pressure problems that showed up while driving. Went immediately to J.B. They were busy, but got the problem taken care of quickly. Girls at desk were very friendly, and efficient. One of the many reasons that I always get my vehicles there.

Just finished my lease on a 2015 GMC Terrain, 0 problems through the length of the lease (and I drove 48k miles on this car, from New York to Denver and Michigan to Georgia). Turned the car in with some dings and minor detail problems, had service do a great job repairing those extremely cheaply, and a brand new windshield half the price of what was quoted by Safelite Repair. My salesman, Alex Joyce, spent a ton of time talking to me about what I liked and disliked about the vehicle, as well as my needs moving forward. He presented me with substantial GMC loyalty incentives to enter into another lease, which I did on one of the last available 2017 GMC Terrains, same exact model - except now with AWD and a sunroof, and my monthly payment only increased $10/month! Also bought the additional "dings and dents" insurance so that when I return this leased vehicle, those small repairs won't be out of pocket. Incredible service, incredible people, wouldn't get my car anywhere else.

Sold me a used car, first day home in my garage it leaked oil all over my garage floor, their "service" tech had cross threaded the drain plug into the pan and they were trying to claim they got it like that even after they changed the oil??? The car from what an actual knowledable and respectable dealer told me said it appears it might have been slid into a curb as the rear sub frame is shifted over in one direction. As this isn't under warranty I asked if there was anything they could do to help me out as I have just purchased this car. They said, nope it's not under our warranty. So the car leaked oil first day, and after they "fixed" it with a new plug it continued to leak. Had to take it back and they "fixed" it again by tightening the new plug. The car radial pulls terribly bad, so I have to buy 4 new tires, and the entire rear sub frame is shifted from something the previous owner did. The negligence of this dealership is incredible and if you ever have to deal with the over weight clown that is Jim Joyce, I HIGHLY suggest simply not doing so. He will look you in the face with any of your problems and shrug at you "oh Well, not under warranty" they could NOT care less they sold me something I immediately have to fix. Stay away from this horrid place. They are simply middle men trying to flip cars.

*edit* you have my contact information you can get a hold of me. if you wish for this review to go away, do the right thing, instead of screwing over someone who works incredibly hard for what they do have. You won't even allow Facebook posts to your page let alone reviews. Why? I assume because you're aware of how terrible they'd be. You want to make it right, then make it right.

The sales associate told me they were willing to work with me on the price of the used vehicle I was considering purchasing. My second offer for the vehicle was the advertised price less tax. The general manager absolutely refused to concede on price at all and the sales representative repeated they were still willing to work with me on price after my two offers. How is this working with the customer on the price? Had they actually honestly worked with me on price, they would have had a sale.

Sales department was great. great pricing. post purchase service though is somewhat lacking. The service rep was not friendly. Almost appeared she was not interested in helping and allowed other service rep to assist. While waiting, see the same service rep engaging in conversation with service manager vs helping customers. Refused to wash our car b/c we had a rack, but washed before. Nor did they offer to wash our car anytime as part of the purchasing a car there--a perk that all dealership offers.

Lead me think that they actually had a car that I was interested in. Drove to the dealership and they "had no idea what I was doing there". Come to find out that the car I was interested was intended as a personal sale from the owner to a private friend. Private sales are fine and all do a better job communicating with staff then. To top it off the salesman basically laughed in my face when I told him what I was looking for. Jokes on you I found the car I was looking for with people who actually wanted to do business. Thanks for the waste of time!!!
Could have saved me and them a lot of time and a negative review had they been honest and upfront on the phone in the first place!

I just purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion from Joyce Buick GMC in Avon, and I had a completely positive and excellent experience. This was my first time purchasing a car through a dealership, and I’m so glad I went through Joyce Buick GMC. They took the time to help, explain, and guide me through the process. My family and friends have already gone through Joyce Buick GMC, and I am really glad to have followed suit. Definitely recommended!

I recently bought a 2013 Buick Encore from Joyce Buick. My new car runs like a dream and drives so smoothly that I forget I've got four tires on a road. The staff are amazing people: They are helpful, friendly, and fun to talk to! I felt like I was hanging out with my friends while shopping at Joyce BUICK GMC! I have never had a more honest and enjoyable experience than when I shopped and bought there. Thank you so much!
