Hotel has gone down hill over past few years. Used to be really nice for value but now seems like bad for price. I have status with SPG but was placed on second floor near elevator with loud music from somewhere (lobby? Gym? Pool?) Playing all night long where it was hard to sleep. The restaurant used to be great (esp for the area) but had also gone down hill.

Great hotel, great customer service experience with the front desk! The DJ in the lobby/bar area played an awesome mix, the ambiance was perfect. The roofof top bar was amazing -I'll definitely stay here again

Lance at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. I stay here regularly for business. The rooftop bar has a great view and the fitness center is above average for a hotel. The valet guys were also friendly. Good location and friendly staff.

Went to the attached restaurant/bar named Cook Hall. I ordered the deviled eggs and they weren't anything special. I had the crispy duck tacos for my entree since it was rated highly. Not the biggest fan of it since I don't eat spicy foods often and it had a mild spice to it. My favorite dish was the side of cauliflower and hummus. Besides the food, the reason I give this 3/5 stars is the fact that it took near 40 minutes for our food to arrive. The restaurant wasn't very busy, but it was just our table of 3 and one other large party there. Parking is not terrible, but you will have to valet, which is complimentary up to 3 hours. Make sure to have it validated.

Great location here in Buckhead. A couple of things i dont like though. 1 - bathroom is way too small. It's like a cruise ship bathroom, little to no privacy. 2 - No vending machines. Can't get a Coke or water, I don't care about your mini bar in the room. Wont stay again

I visited the W for an event. The hotel staff was nice and the ballroom and conference rooms used for the events were also very nice. The hotel has a ghost bar on the roof which is nice if you want to party. But if you want a hotel for a quite relaxing get away I wouldn't choose this one.

When we arrived we had several large bags with us. The gentleman that greeted us didn't offer to help with our bags and pointed me towards a luggage rack. When we got to the front desk the guy was great but again nobody offered to help with our bags.
When we got to our room we were disappointed by several things. The pocket doors to the bathroom did not properly work, the refrigerator was also not properly working, amongst a few other things. I also tried to log into the complementary WiFi but it tried to charge me. So I called down to the front desk and was told that if I wanted to log on I would have to accept the charge and that I would have to ask to have it adjusted off our bill upon check out. I didn't to bother with that at the time of check out. We didn't say anything cause we were both just to tried to since we have been living in hotels since we have been displaced due to Hurricane Irma.

I stayed there two nights for a conference I was attending. I have to say that I was pleased with the service at both the conference venue and for the room. However, I had a few small problems. One was that I tried to use the elevator closest to the foyer to go up to my room at lunchtime during the seminar. I got in and pressed the 3 button. Nothing lit up, the door closed, and I didn't move. This went on for several minutes. No matter which floor I pushed, it would not move. Finally it shot up to floor six. Then it stopped. I pressed alarm, a buzzer went off, it shot up to floor 7 and the door opened. Lit up on the screen on the elevator said call locked. I'm not sure what that means? Anyway I got off the elevator and a guest was standing there to go down. I told him not to use that elevator. We waited for about 10 minutes and no other elevator came. This was during the day on Friday and it was not busy in the hotel. Finally we wondered if all the elevators were malfunctioning. The other guest called someone at the hotel and told him of our problem. Finally an elevator came to our floor, a different one than the one that I had gotten on, we both got in and went to the lobby floor. I then proceeded to use only the stairs the rest of my stay. Being locked in an elevator that will not open is terrifying. Another problem I had was I had no cell phone charger when I got to the hotel. I had forgotten mine. I asked the front desk if they had one I could borrow. Front desk staff told me I could use the charger that's on the minibar, if I put it back in the box when I left. I did put it in the back in the box, but it was charged to my bill. I called and complained and they removed the charge but I was upset I was told I would not be charged and then I was.

Whatever/Whenever is no lie at this fine hotel. Rooms are very nice and clean w/ great views of Buckhead. The pool on the 4th floor is quaint and great views as well. The staff at this place is what makes it all come together. They are so chill to make you comfortable but eager to do whatever it takes to make everything stress free. My compliments see you soon!

Visited the Whiskey Blue bar as part of a stag partyFirst off, everywhere to sit or stand (besides right in front of where one would order from the bartender) was reserved. The bartender asked what we'd like to drink, and I said that I heard they had over a hundred kinds of whiskey. Bartender said they're not a whiskey specialty bar anymore, but in name only--they have a fully stocked bar to get whatever you'd like to drink. So, I ordered a shot of Irish whiskey each for me and my brother, my brother gets a Coke to chase the shots. $25 for to shots of Bushmills & a cup of Coca-ColaThat's when we realized there was absolutely nowhere to sit, so I stopped the other five guys that were with us from ordering, and told them we were going somewhere else to have some fun. My brother and I threw back our shots, and the 7 of us left to go somewhere with reasonably priced drinks, actual things to do, and places for wall-in patrons to hang out and have a good time. As I said the other night, if you're considering hanging out at Whiskey Blue: "f this place." The bar is lame, but I'm sure the hotel is nice.

Pretty average; nothing outrageous about this place. The room was spacious and the furniture/bed were okay. The dresser next to the bed had a drawer that would fall ajar on its own no matter what. Seems like something a high-end hotel might be on top of fixing?

The bathroom was more like a closet with a pocket door to separate the toilet/shower from the sink, which was effectively in the living room. It was hard to use the toilet without bumping into things around you but at least the shower was sizeable.

The sink didn't drain well and had a shower-type faucet head. Who needs spraying water to brush their teeth? It was all very odd.

Lots of stuff for sale around the room Water, granola bars, nuts, etc. Felt like I was having ads thrown at me.

I didn't have a bad experience overall, but I didn't have a particularly nice one, either.

If you are staying at the W in Buckhead next to the Weston be sure to look for the small blue W symbol in front of the hotel. With the traffic and many other sky rises it is hard to miss. The front desk and waut staff were really professional and courteous. There were a few celebrity drop-ins but the atmosphere was not overly posh that you felt out place and the rooftop club was like the cherry in top. All in all I would give my stay a 5 out 5. Oh and the valet were quick and attentive.

Parking for $38 with no self park option is price gouging. We parked across the street for $6.00 per day.

Coffee is only available in the lobby, but not open until 7am. We missed our coffee for the morning due to a 6:30 am appointment. I've never been to a hotel that did not have coffee available 24 hours.

Be aware if you stay on the top couple of floors that you will hear the music from the bar upstairs until early morning.

Overall the staff were nice and helpful. I would not recommend staying here when you cannot get things that should be included with your room such as parking and coffee.

The W is very nice. It's classy. The service is wonderful. Everyone who works there is very polite and handles any situation with good customer service and understanding. The beds are very comfortable. I definitely enjoyed my stay there.
