Hampton was great. I met a friend for breakfast and the food was quite good for a hotel. The staff was very attentive and kind and the atmosphere was clean and homey.

I stayed here thanksgiving week of 2017. My room was very clean. Bathroom was huge and also clean. Very quiet amd the breakfast was the best. Upon arrival i left my cell phone chatger at home. The night desk clerk let me.
borrow his till the next night so i could buy a new one. WOW WHAT TRUST!!!! i give this place a 5 star.great place if your looking for no thrills cheap price but awesome service. A Richardresponse / report this review -

Very nice hotel. Helpful staff and clean rooms and lobby. Breakfast is hot and coffee always available good stay when on the road for business.

They have a great team with wonderful people that aim to please and do their best to accommodate the customers. The rooms are always clean and the beds are super comfy! It's by far one of the best places to stay in Douglasville. They even have a late check out time. All you have to do is ask the front desk! They even go as so far to help you with your bags when checking in. What's not to love about Hampton Inn?

We had a great stay. The staff was incredibly helpful. The only reason I gave 4 stars was that we did not leave the room until 1 one afternoon and we did not get any room service that day. Breakfast was very good and hotel is in a good location.

Great place! Awesome staff! My disabled Father and I broke down on the highway. The mechanic recommended this Hotel. They were incredible at working with our needs. The accommodations were very nice and clean. I'd give them 6 stars if that were an option.

The staff was helpful. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfort after a long day of driving. The breakfast was an awesome start to another day of driving. I would say that the breakfast guy need some help on busy mornings.

My stay was great! As always hot cookies waiting for me in the lobby. I was greated upon entry. The desk people told me about the local area and discounts that local restaurants provide if you show your card. Only had one minor problem with the room and since it wasn't discovered until checkout it wasn't a problem for me but the desk took care of it so that it wouldn't affect the next guests. I always stay at the Hampton inn I have a trip to Alaska coming up and I already have my room up there booked.

I live right down the road from this Hampton but both my 13 year old and 16 year old daughters had their birthday/slumber parties here. We made sure to tell them when we reserved the rooms that we would be having a room full of teenage girls and both times the staff went out of their way to make sure we had enough linen, towels, pillows, etc, to go around. The girls loved hanging out in lobby most of the night, drinking coffee like the grown ups they think they are, and the people at the front desk were wonderful about it and seemed to really enjoy them being there. The girls made sure not bother anyone or anything, but still Not everyone could face 8 teenage girls hyped up on caffine at 2 a.m. Thanks to them my girls had "the BEST birthday party EVER!" Would for sure recommend
