Overall, this hotel is the preferred place to say for business for my particular industry. It is conveniently located near the mall, has comfortable rooms, and good amenities. The open funnel design of the interior atrium causes bar and lounge chatter to reach your ears in your room, but if you retire to the bedroom, the problem goes away. Basic fitness center, friendly staff. The wifi was not that great. They have gone to paid parking since the last time I was here, which is a minus.

I was here for a business trip. The hotel room was big with a separate living room and bedroom. Included free breakfast, wifi and 4 alcoholic drinks during manager reception. Nice bar area with 4 big screens to watch any games. Embassy suite are among most luxurious hilton brand hotel. I would stay here again if given the opportunity

Some friends and I stayed here last year. After having a great stay, we chose to return this year for Anime Weekend Atlanta.

The pros: I liked the efficiency of the elevators. Even at peak times when everyone is checking out, they are pretty quick.
I like the atmosphere of the hotel in general, it is very relaxed in the evening. The presence of a security guard at night made me feel safe. The rooms were clean. They have a fitness center and indoor pool/jacuzzi, but I didn't use them during this stay. Shower water pressure was excellent, which is super important to me when staying in hotels.
I subtracted a star for 2 things: parking and breakfast. The gated parking is a new addition this year. While great in theory, it was a bit of a mess when trying to coordinate who in your party had the key to get out. At least once, I was stuck in the parking lot while my passenger had to run back up to the room. I had to hope they were there or there was no leaving. The fee is $50 if you lose it, which is a bit steep in my opinion. Strangely, the gates don't keep people out. Someone who wasn't a guest used the 30 minute option (?) and came in, waving what we assumed was a bag of drugs at us on his way out. Not the Embassy's fault that he was there, but it proves that the gates aren't foolproof and serve more to annoy guests than improve their stay. Parking was extremely limited; it was hard for us to find a spot for our one car. The Embassy should take a cue from hotels that limit the amount of cars per room during times when they are completely booked. Maybe this is the reason for the gates, but signs warning about booting/towing cars would be enough of a deterrent. Gates + limited spots + one way layouts made parking a bit of a headache.
One reason we choose the Embassy over other hotels is for the great breakfast they offer. Saturday was great! I got there around 9 and everything was in order and well stocked.
Sunday's breakfast was, in my opinion, not acceptable for a four star hotel. I got there 30 minutes before the cutoff. They were out of milk that wasn't skim (most can't eat cereal without milk), bacon/sausage/protein that wasn't eggs, french toast, and some of the juice machines were dispensing watery juice. I assumed it was because of a crowd passing through and that they would replenish. Only one dish of french toast was brought in that time span, and it was immediately emptied by all the people waiting. I saw a guy ask about other protein options, and they brought out a huge tray of bacon. They set it down, let him get some, and started shutting the door after he finished! It was confusing why they would waste that food/shut us out when some of us were waiting for it. 30 minutes before closing isn't a good time to cut off replenishing when it was that empty for so long. I left breakfast feeling very unsatisfied, a pastry and scrambled eggs was all I was able to eat. I don't drink coffee, so there was nothing for me to drink. This may have been a one-time occurrence, because every other breakfast has been good.

Just a heads up: I saw another reviewer mention privacy. The bathroom/main bedroom doors are both sliding doors that don't block any noise and don't lock. They are aesthetically pleasing but could be improved upon.

Cody was by far the best. She helped me out so much. I will be back because the way the employees interacted with myself and each other, like a big family. My room was way better than I could have ever expected and the bartender Erica was amazing

This was truly a wonderful place to stay overnight. Everything was clean (except for the pool area, but I don't blame the staff at all for that). The staff was professional, courteous and oh so very pleasant. They all made you feel as if you were the only guests staying in the hotel. It was AWESOME! Give them 2 thumbs up.

Visited the Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Galleria and the staff , the management(Mary) and I even had to speak with the controller- Pat(absolutely wonderful lady to talk to) were absolutely amazing to work with. We went there for a family reunion and everywhere we went the staff was welcoming and so nice, professional and helpful. The building is very clean and very beautiful. The rooms are nice, big and roomy. I wouldn't recommend any other place to stay when visiting Atlanta than this place. Thank you to the people that work there for blessing our family with such an awesome experience!

The rooms were large and the free daily happy hour (4 drinks) was nice. The low rating is for:

    1) 2 separate rooms (switched after first night) made me physically ill, probably some cleaner they use

    2) I was the only guest in the entrance lobby, just minding my business in a single chair getting a direct line from one of the overhead A/C vents. 3 times I got pestered by a clerk and asked to leave for "sleeping" since my eyes were closed. I made it perfectly clear I only wanted the air, was fully awake, never had been slumped/leaned over, and was immediately responsive when she came by. She never had to speak loudly or give a nudge to "wake" me. Now she was not rude in the slightest, but it was fairly obvious that I was hardly ever asleep.

If I was obstructing other guests or the cleaning staff's duties, then I would have gladly moved elsewhere. But I was alone and using the amenities provided (chair, A/C, loudspeaker radio) without impeding anyone, and if I don't want to be in my room then that's my prerogative. Being asked to leave for no just cause is inexcusable as a customer. Eventually, after using the restroom, I just went to the parking lot and laid in the sweltering heat of the car so I wouldn't be bothered again until my group returned.

So I won't willingly stay at this brand again nor recommend it to others.

Maggots and bugs near the corner of the rooms and smelled like mildew. If I could give this zero stars I would

Was not greeted as an Hilton honors member and given the two free waters, really not a big deal. Teenagers talking very loudly at 12:00 midnight, overlooked. Door to bathroom slides and doesn't lock, also a piece fell off when closing it and it fell off track, I fixed it. Breakfast area ran out of food then shut down 15 minutes early, no big deal, I had my food. Was told on Hilton honors app my rate and total was one amount, but charged more when I checked out because of a $8.00 a day self-parking fee, I was pissed. First time ever I had to pay to park my car at a hotel. Had to park way in the back after driving around 15 minutes because lot was full. If you're going to charge for parking, don't hide the charge in little print at the bottom of the invoice. Add it to the rate and taxes when booking the room. Customers will then know the correct amount, and not be surprised.

Embassy suites is within walking distance to the Cobb Energy Performance Center and close to the Braves stadium.

The hotel staff was very friendly and made my stay comfortable. The full breakfast was another perk of this hotel.

Clean, nice, spacious newly renovated rooms. Nice bathrooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary full breakfast and newspaper in the morning and happy hour in the afternoon. I've stayed here maybe 6 times, once for a week amd never had a bad experience. And the price is cheaper than surrounding hotels. Emassy Suites is a flawless victory.
