Staff was warm and welcoming, and the room was spotless. Great bed too! Parking overnight was reasonable and convenient ($20). Walkable to plenty of bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed my stay here. Nice clean rooms. I would advise working directly with the hotel staff for booking. Had a small hiccup with the customer service line. Hotel staff did their best to resolve it.

So far so good. Gym is better than average hotel gym. Salt water pool looks nice. Friendly staff. Surprisingly quiet. Large parking garage for $20 per night. Location is amazing!

Great location , in the heart of Midtown. Nice clean room, staff was very attentive to my needs. Celebrated Atlanta's Gay Pride 2017 in style!!! Thank you to the Hyatt Midtown and their staff for supporting the LGBT Community! We should remember that we are all GOD'S children!!!

Was nicer and posher than what I was expecting. From the moment the valets take your car and all the way to the reception, the staff is really attentive and courteous. The location is prime midtown and has lots of nearby attractions at walking distance. Rooms are nice and comfortable but the attention to details impressive.

Stayed in the presidential suite. Views were Incredible, room was HUGE and fantastic, Master bathroom was amazing (marble shower and HUGE marble tub) with a TV embedded in the mirror. 1/2 bath near the entrance was quite convenient. Gorgeous artwork, modern/classy feel, hidden bar. The food was excellent. Wish I had time to try the indoor, saltwater pool but had to roll out for work.

The hotel is in a great location. It is beautiful without being pretentious. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was super soft, the bathroom very large, and the walls were thick enough that we never heard neighboring guests. We visited the bar at night and had such a great time with the bartenders. They were hilarious and very friendly. Overall, a great experience!

When we checked into this place, I was pretty jazzed about it. The staff were great, and we got a free upgrade to a top-floor corner room with our Hyatt status, which afforded us great views of Piedmont Park. However, there were a few things about the room that were just off: first, the toilet seat was installed crooked, which really isn't a big deal, but isn't hard to get right; second, it took a surprisingly long time for the water in the shower to heat up; and third, not only would the bathroom door not lock, but it would spontaneously slide open, making it impossible to get any privacy on the toilet. On top of all that, the TV didn't work at all. Since we were only there for two nights, it didn't really make sense to call someone to fix it, but a functional TV is something even the crappiest motels usually get right.

Food service was slow. Could have more blankets on the bed there are only two small sheets. Room was clean enough. It's in a decent location within walking distance of Piedmont Park and a lot of restaurants. Just be sure to be careful if you have a conference here that you don't leave equipment unattended. There are a lot of Thieves roaming the Halls all all the hotels in Midtown Atlanta stealing stuff. It's a huge problem.

Business travelers be aware, room service at the hotel closes at 10pm, and with no guest store within the hotel, your only option to get food are snacks next to the front desk, walking to a local restaurant, or ordering delivery from a business outside the hotel.
The hotel is quite nice inside, with the corner rooms providing ample space and a great view. Street noise is surprisingly loud (up on 9th floor you can still hear people talking on the streets).
Rooms are well lit, with nice motion sensor based lighting at the bottom of nightstands, providing you with midnight light to get around the room w/o having to turn on lamps.
Service is a little hit or miss - housekeeping missed cleaning the room, room service tray placed outside when done but was never picked up. However, front desk help was fantastic. Overall, they Hyatt is a good hotel for all types of travelers. Just be aware of the quirks! I'm hoping the next time I visit some of them have been worked out.response / report this review -

I was here the other day for a conference. The building seems new, the interior was comfortable but also modern and stylish. Both the breakfast and lunch I had were fresh and delicious. The staff was thoughtful, attentive, and keeps the hotel clean..they even gave me a cold bottle of water as I received my car from the valet. I hope we have another conference here soon.
