My room was very nice. Clean and comfortable bed. I slept well. My deduction of a star is for the parking garage. Not only is it expensive at $30, but worse is the steps that you have to navigate to get to the elevator. Then there are a few more steps after you are down to the lobby level. Not easy when you have rolling luggage to get up and down the steps. Then there's the walk to the lobby with cars driving alongside where you walk. Once you are in though, the rest of my stay was nice.

Do not stay in this hotel if you are over the height of 6'8"!! It is not accommodating to tall individuals such as myself! You cannot stand in the restrooms and using the gym is out of the question! Your head will hit the ceiling in both the shower and while using the workout equipment! Space is also limited in rooms I would recommend trying to get a handicap accessible room, this doesn't improve headroom but at least affords you more floor space! The reason it gets more than 1 star is because of the friendly staff, they do a wonderful job of making you feel welcome entering and exiting the hotel and try to accommodate your needs (unless you are really tall)

The location itself is 4 star. The rooms are standard Sheraton quality with ample tech outlets. The pool is the jewel of the property, mood lighting and lush fountains and greenery with a decent sized pool and jacuzzi. The bar and restaurant are also lovely, very attentive and knowledgeable bartender. Also special thanks to the Manager Williams, he was very hospitable at the bar and I noticed very present and active on the property. Bathrooms are reminiscent of an airplane with the way the sink is set to the side.

I didn’t give this hotel 5 stars for the accommodations. It’s for the staff!!!! I stayed here for a military yellow ribbon event, and the service was impeccable! Every single employee from the doorman, the desk attendants, to coffee shop workers and food servers, were extremely nice and helpful. It made for an extremely pleasant stay! One of the best customer service experiences ever.

Very nice place. Kind service. Clean rooms.
I really appreciate the service from Mrs. Shirley in the club room.. My stay here was short and sweet. I came for The Black Power awards. This is a great weekend hotel that is inexpensive yet elegant enough to have a formal event.

Decent hotel, although I don't know of I'd choose it again. Rooms are okay, but the bathrooms are dark with low ceilings and the walls don't look very clean. The walls seem especially thin and I can hear every conversation in the room next to me due to the adjoining door. I've stayed at cleaner, nicer hotels (with free breakfast!) for less money. I don't know the other hotels in the area, so maybe this is par for the course.

The lower level staff is pleasant, but the facility had a number of issues. In addition, the room was comfortable, but needed some upgrades (carpet was worn through, for example). Many times, when we called for issues, it took numerous attempts before it was fully resolved. The food is okay, but I preferred going off-site for a better selection as there are many in the area. I've been to this location twice, but probably wouldn't come back again.

So we stayed here for the ADA meeting . As soon as we checked in, we were told the room we booked (a king size bed) had been given away and we were down sized to a queen. Fine. Then room service did not clean everyday and the day they did, they left a trash can full of trash and never replaced the coffee. THEN one of their elevators broke so waiting for an elevator with a four year old was fun. Then at checkout day, I waited in the room for over 30 minutes for a bell boy to come and help us with our stuff while my husband and four year old were downstairs waiting in the car. Oh and they also don’t tell you that they charge your room for parking so like us we didn’t know and used our credit card to pay and now we have to get reimbursed. Will not be staying at this hotel again.

This was a good hotel. I was glad after having to evacuate from Florida due to Hurricane Irma that there was a hotel to accommodate us. For the price, we had an amazing stay that I would definitely recommend. The pool was amazing and the room was clean. If you can stay here for a reasonable price I would take it any day.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The service is horrible. From the front desk to the non existent food service. We called three times. The front desk transferred us twice. The second time supposedly to the manager who did not answer. Finally after a least an hour we got three tomatoes slices for $10.00. The pool was not heated as they said online. The hot tub was not in service. Which is the reason we paid such a high price in the first place. Then to top it all off they told us it was $30.00 to park one night. They told us we could go two blocks and pay for cheaper parking. So instead of carrying all our luggage two blocks down the road. We paid the fee. Only to find out we had to walk two blocks through the garage in oncoming traffic. Our room was another two long hallways away. Oh and their not disability accessible. Had to go up steps to get to the room. No elevator! We expect to be fully compensated for this extremely bad experience. And no we don't want a free anything. We want our money back! All of it!

I did not spend the night this particular visit, but I have stayed in this particular Sheraton several times before. I have always been pleased with the overall layout of the hotel, the cleanliness, layout, and overall ambience of the rooms the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Vert Courtyard pool is absolutely gorgeous, and a highlight of the hotel, and the restaurant is surprisingly good. The lower conference levels are well laid out although a bit labyrinthine, and the reception in the conference areas is absolutely horrible. However, the labyrinthine lower-level layout and the horrible cell phone reception are the only complaint that I have about this particular Sheraton. Overall, I have really enjoyed my stays there.

Our stay at the Sheraton was much like a typical hotel stay. We put up the sign for them to not sure the room down so I'm not sure about the turn down service. The room was decently sized with a nice TV, fridge, desk, twin bed, and coffee maker. There was a snafu with our key card and the front desk was very prompt in fixing it. The one downside is we used their text service to ask for extra pillows, after 30 minutes we called for more pillows and after another 20 or so minutes we called for pillows again after which we finally got them.

I really loved the room, it was poolside and I went to the bar and the service was great. The food was good also. The room was very clean and I love that they were pet friendly.
