Very disappointed!!! No elevators and to make matters worse the shower tub got clogged up had to find something sharp enough to release the water! I can not recommend this place to anyone due to the issues upon issues this place has? They really need to upgrade. First and last time i will stay here.

Older motel, aging poorly. Bed was fully depreciated. The maintenance crew neglected to change the batteries in the smoke detector, which beeped incessantly from 3:00 AM on. The HVAC system cycled about every 15 minutes, vibrating loudly - sounded like an airport runway. But April prepared a great breakfast with much-needed coffee. Thank you April!

My third visit in a row that they screwed up my reservation. No effort on their part to correct as they were the ones who cancelled my stay. Then, tried to make me feel guilty that someone else had to be moved to a different property. Breakfast was fair at best. Same items all the time. My vehicle was broken into in their parking lot and had $3,000 worth of equipment stolen. A few others had been hit by smashing our windows. Police said it was common in this area. Poor exterior lighting and no cameras for protection. Found external doors blocked open. I left early due to these issues and damage to vehicle. Their attitude and indifference left me speechless. I always stayed here several times before, but no longer. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay further away from I-85.

New room smelled like cigarette smoke and worse the sheets had yellow stains and hair of which I took photos. They didn’t have another room to put me in so they changed the sheets for me. No discount or anything for the inconvenience.

I am a frequent visitor at the Hamptons Inn of Newnan I am always satisfied with their service. I would recommend them for any one on business or just getting some well needed R & R.

Had a bad experience, the workers were nice. The rooms look clean on the surface but the carpet was dirty and there were bed bugs in the room and my husband was bit by one I haven't heard anything from the manager as of yet. I advise everyone to check the room out thoroughly before sleeping there. Also a roach was killed in the bathroom. I will not be going back there

Exactly as advertised. The room was perfect. Had to ask for bed linens for the pull-out couch, but that was the only thing I had to ask for. Good breakfast also.

Everyone from check-in to the housekeeping staff are always so kind and pleasant! They always go the extra mile. The breakfast is always great too! We always look forward to our stay.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament, our whole team stayed. Nice people, convenient location to soccer field, restaurants, stores. Breakfast was good, pool clean. Very accommodating and friendly staff.

The main lobby looks great! Limited microwaves for rooms, but there is one in lobby as well. Around 3 different groceries and a wide variety of restaurants. Also Lowe's and Homedepot.

Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was adequate. He was just OK. Hotel felt old. Breakfast bar, while new, doesn't make a whole lot of sense of it gets busy. Very small nook
