If this was the last place on earth to buy a car I would walk. That's all they did for me was a year long nightmare. Thanks to all the men in the service dept. Lou the manager. Karma will knock at your door. Had to go bankrupt and give the car back. Thank you Victory Honda.
I generally expect extra mile Till the time I got my car these guys are very friendly and gave good deal After that the response is not as it was. May this is how business community works.
Got oil changed fast they washed my car very friendly great service
These people are nothing but a blessing. Everyone on the staff is so helpful and considerate. Bless everyone at Victory Honda. From the 2 cars I've bought encountered nothing but great peiple and smiling faces all around. Thank you for everything.
Excellent visit this morning. When we walked in I was unsure their was anything that could be done considering our credit, but J.T. Made it work. Even got a great deal. Feels so amazing to finally not have a check engine light Haha.
If you guy's think your getting a great deal think twice before going to Monroe Honda because it's nothing but lies we went from 0 down to1000. Down and then to 3000. Down read the reviews and you will see why you should not go there and the lady who we have delt with is supposed to be a Christian but Christians don't lie just to show you how dishonest she is she sold my son a2013 focus and she told him after6 months of car payments come back and I'll get you into a brand new car lol she tells everyone the same thing.STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER THEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING
We bought a new 2017 CR-V from Victory Monroe. Jim G treated us right. I've had my Ridgeline serviced there multiple times too. The service dept is probably the best I've dealt with. I've never felt like a fast one was pulled on me at this dealership.
Phil, was great, she helped with everything including, helping put my wheel chair in the trunk, always had a smile on her face, and she was very honest, I would diffently buy another car from her.
I went to Victory Honda several times to look at a few vehicles during their regular hours. I was already approved for a loan and ready to buy. I looked at the Civics and a few other vehicles and wondered the lot for quite a while before walking up to the showroom trying to get a test drive. I walked into the showroom and was not greeted by a single sales person even after standing there awkwardly for several minutes and making eye contact with several people the deciding to walk out. I contacted their sales person through facebook who was friendly and answered a few general questions. So I decided to try and give it a second try went back and again was not greeted or acknowledged when I went through the door. So the next day I went to Friendly Ford and Purchased a new Ford Focus ST.
We brought our Civic in for regular service and PM, and we also had them check a rattling sound that was coming from our exhaust system. The technician returned with half a screwdriver handle that had been lodged in the exhaust system, which he said was causing the sound.
Got home. The sound is still there, and now more often. When my partner called to tell them about the problem, the service writer he spoke with said that there was no rattle when we brought it in and that (on an unrelated issue) all four tires on the car were bald and needed to be replaced. BS. They didn't even rotate the tires when we were there because they said that all of them were good and that they were at even tread depths (which I also KNOW is BS because we had to replace a single tire within the last few weeks due to a flat).
I'm still rating the dealership 4 stars because we were really happy with our sales experience (for the most part) and the service department is friendly, if not thorough. I hope that they resolve our issues so that I can give them a higher rating.
Every business has their occasional hiccups, but we've purchased 3 cars from them within the last year (two new, one certified pre owned). The service department has been great, sales has been great, and the management has been involved and helpful throughout the process. Lou and Cody in particular stand out about the generally good staff.
We'll definitely be buying from them next time we need a car, and I highly recommend this dealership.
I'd also like to call out James for getting me into the right car by asking the right questions instead of just pushing me into what I thought I wanted most. It was definitely a better decision than I would have made on my own.
A wonderful place to relax while you are waiting for you car to get done.
quotes from victory were way higher than Jim white and brown Honda. Also Jim white mounts mud flaps on any Honda you get 65 dollar option from the other dealers. I do recommend getting your Honda serviced at victory Honda.
Staff talk in improper way close to customers area, the vehicle wasnot washed nor matts where put in the car when I left.Just as an update, received a call from the shop manager, he gave a reason for not being washed, the reason wasnot valid the temp was over 35 and it was raining. he stated there was no gossip, and I accepted that , I still Believe Honda is a good car and the dealership is a good place to do business with.
Jim G was very courteous and helpful. In my car shopping experience so far I have yet to meet an honest, eagar-to-please salesman like him. He was not pushy and really wanted to find the right car for us. Would definitely recommend!
