Great service and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Eric Rahrig, the assistant service manager, was awesome and very friendly. It was our first time going there and he definitely made us want to come back. Every person we interacted with was very nice!
i just bought a used vehicle from this place. i was real impressed w/the inspection they give the used vehicles. also impressed with the detailing of my vehicle. my salesman was great. please see gerald wyscaver at the nissan location. ask for him at the other locations too. who knows he might move to another location. gerald knows a lot about different vehicles. he is not uppity or snobby. he is a hard worker. he told me honest things. i checked out what he told me and he was correct. also, eric (service mgr.) is real nice. he understood why i asked a question about oil. he was real patient with me. asked me if i had any other questions, etc. he was real helpful. i will buy my next vehicle from this company. i highly recommend everyone go there. ask for my sales guy too. my name is not kristen bell. just the name of an e-mail addy i use (for security purposes - i don't have my real name on it). my name is D. Chartier
Great service and have good lounge area to wait. WiFi is fast!
Most of my issues have to do with after purchasing a car. We dealt with Gerald and Tarek while purchasing the car. It was an all day process, but they were patient and we there there pretty much up until close. Here is where the problem started. We were told there was an extra key for our vehicle. No one could find the key. We were on vacation and told them to look for it and get back with us and we'll come back by before we head home. By the time we were heading back to North Carolina, they still had not found the key. We were promised that they would find the key and mail it or make one and send it. We purchased the vehicle in early Augustit is now December 11th and I still do not have the extra key. After going through a number of people for over a month to get a key I was put with the GM, Bob. I was told to go to a dealership and request a key and Bob would call with a credit card number to pay for it. That has yet to happen. Bob has made it sound like it will be no problem at all to get this all taken care of, however, I have been dealing with Bob for a solid 2 1/2 months and still nothing. My local dealership has been ready to order the key, but I refuse to pay for it because I know it will take forever to get paid back. This is the GENERAL MANAGER I have been dealing with and nothing is getting taken care of. If you do purchase a vehicle from here just make sure you take care of everything while you are there. I've been very happy with the vehicle, but this whole process has ruined the experience.
They sold me a new car with 4,200 miles on it. What is new about that? Be careful with this dealership And you can never get them on the phone when you need help. Still waiting for them to resolve all my Issues.
PLEASE DON'T SHOP HERE
I bought a secondhand Mazda here. Great car, all right price, no complaints about the dealer *except* after paying them $1600 for a third-party extended warranty, I started to get calls from a variety of agencies trying to sell me another warranty on my car.
I gave Ann Arbor Automotive my personal number and I *still* get these calls every month THREE YEARS LATER. It's not just one group, it's several and they will not stop.
