Called to schedule 5000 mile maintenance on a Thursday. Left a message and was called back in 10 minutes. Scheduled in on Saturday - that's right on Saturday.
Showed up on time and drove away an hour later with a freshly washed truck. Toyota Care paid for it.
Excellent first visit.
P.S. Ordered accessories in Parts Dept twice. Same excellent experience.
So today I called for the 10,000 mile service and the first available Saturday is not until 12/30. Starting to look for another dealership for this maintenance. Down to one car and work 30 miles away.response / report this review -

Bought a used car here yesterday, it was an older model in great shape with a very good price, but the dealership had still inspected it and made several repairs, replacing the brakes and muffler, Jeff Root was our salesman. He made the process easy, and was great to work with; we got a very good price and he threw in a couple extras for us. They actually replaced an o2 sensor for free after we agreed to buy the car (an older used Sequoia) because he saw that the check engine light was on, very classy place!!

My wife, Joan and I bought a brand new 2016 Highlander in 2017 with no miles on it and all the bells and whistles we desired. We used Dunning Toyota of Ann Arbor and Jason Kersey was our fine sales person. After having one Highlander we loved the way Toyota handles, performs and with the sensational service at the Ann Arbor dealership, our 1st Toyota Highlander brought us fantastic service, wonderful vacations all over these United States, enough room for our eight family members as well as packing sports equipment, clothes and gifts to family and friends. We enjoyed the Highlander so much we decided to keep in the Highlander family and went with the professional people at Dunning Toyota. We sure do love our new member of the family. We've already taken a Thanksgiving trip to Brooklyn, New York as well as many fun trips to our favorite restaurants. We are retired these days and don't go as much as we did in years past, but we sure do go in style and safety. We would recommend a Highlander to anyone who loves a fine ride, good looks and terrific performance. /Bob Hayes

My experiences at Dunning Toyota have always been positive. Really competent and nice people, timely work, no surprises. My Matrix feels new when I get it back after a routine maintenance appointment. With the help of the service department, I am confident that I will easily put 300,000 miles on this little gem. I'm 2/3rds there already!

It was easy to set up the appointment to facilitate my schedule on line. The service was professionally performed. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. best of all My car was returned to me washed. This I have never experienced from any other dealership. Thank you all

I have been a customer of Dunning Toyota since I came to Ann Arbor in
1982. Their sales personnel and service technicians are outstanding. My salesperson, Carol Stanley, has been amazing for all of these years. She is knowledgeable, candid, helpful, always available and ready to solve any problems that might arise. Without exception I have found the service crews to be courteous, attentive, thorough and informative. They take the time to explain in detail everything that needs to be attended to and readily give expert advice as to the daily maintenance of my vehicle. Cary Walker is the epitome of quality salesmanship! I highly recommend him if you want a knowledgeable, genuine, and HONEST sales professional. I have known Walker as a friend and co-worker for over 20 years now so I can speak right down to the very character of him. He has tremendous charisma so you will probably have some fun during your buying/shopping experience!

Great experience from the beginning to end of the car buying process. Not only did our new Highlander have the best ratings and features for comparable vehicles in it's class it also stands out after you drive it. In addition, Mike Daly is great to work with and in our opinion one of the best salespeople we've had the pleasure to work with!

I recently worked with Cary Walker to purchase a car at Dunning Toyota. He was very knowledgeable and honest. I really didn't have a particular model in mind and he helped me find a car that would work best for me. I highly recommend you see Cary when you are looking to purchase a new vehicle.
