By far my best car buying experience ever! Jeff Forman provided us excellent customer service throughout the entire process as well as after. This was by far the BEST car buying experience ! Even though we traveled through 4 states to purchase our Volvo, Greg Jacobi made the whole transaction smooth as silk ! We purchased our Volvo for less then $10,000.00, but from start to finish, we were treated as though we were spending $50,000.00 or more on a vehicle. Greg even went above and beyond to help us save $150.00 on our rental car, and followed up to make sure we made it home safe.We could not be more pleased from the whole experience. The only bad thing we can think of is, the next time we have to purchase our next vehicle, we are going to have to travel back to Hines Park to do so. But it is well worth the trip ! Thank you again !!!

I was greeted with a wonderful smile. The auto was ready in a timely manner and they insisted on washing my vehicle. They have so far lived up to how fantastic my sales person Dennis was when I first encounter him at Hines Lincoln. :)

I took my 2014 Lincoln MKS in for routine service on April 8. I also had a one time occurrence of a warning for low tire pressure on that day. I added air and didn't get a repeat warning. I mentioned the occurrence even though it could have been just a messaging fluke.

The Hines Park Lincoln service staff did their typical excellent service routine, but they also removed a rear tire to more thoroughly test it for a leak. They found a very, very slow bubble leak at the tire rim. Apparently Michigan's infamous pot holes had caused this extremely tire/rim slow leak . The technicians remounted the tire to correct the seal alignment as well as re-balancing the wheel/tire.

Taking this extra measure of service testing clearly saved me a low or flat tire sometime later when I may not have been in a place or position to get the needed air.

On Saturday, May 6, I needed "the works" package on my Ford Focus. Since my wife has her Lincoln serviced at the Quick Lube in Canton, I thought I would call and see if they could fit me in. Mind you, it's well after 2 p.m. and the Quick Lube closes at 4 p.m. When I called, I was told "if you can be here in 15 minutes, we'll get you in and you'll be our last car of the day." I arrived at 2:45 p.m. and was immediately greeted at the front counter by a service advisor. I was told they would have my vehicle's oil change and tire rotation done before they closed, so I decided to use up some time and walk my dog down Canton Center Road. When I returned, I waited outside on the nice blue park bench and before I knew it, the technician pulled my vehicle around and brought the keys to the service advisor. I was extremely impressed in the professionalism of everyone at the Canton Quick Lube! From the service advisors, to the technician, to the cleanliness of the service center, and the "last minute" service visit I would highly recommend this service center for your vehicle's repair/service needs. Hines Park is the best we have ever experienced. We are always very satisfied. We recently came in for an oil change and tire rotation at a very busy time. Chuck Weisman let us know up front it would be a 1 1/2 hr wait and we said fine. It did take a little longer but Chuck was great about keeping us updated on the progress, came to us personally to let us know when the car was ready and brought it to the door for us. He went way beyond to give us great customer service and we are very impressed. Great job Chuck!!

The Service Department at Hines Park Plymouth is excellent. I had the option of a loaner and chose to wait so I could observe how other customers are treated by the team. I was impressed that people were respectfully addressed by their last names, offered a variety of liquid refreshments as well as various snacks. They usually provide fruit. They consistently allowed for questions as they explained what service was provided. The chairs are comfortable and the area well lit. Emily and Shannon are there to greet customers and make us feel we have an unfair advantage.

I recently purchased a vehicle last week. It truly was one of the best car buying experiences I had. The communication, kindness and friendliness really is evident. I had traveled from out of state to pick up my vehicle and had my two children with me. Charlie made sure my kids had snacks and turned on cartoons for them which made my time easier. Tim made the numbers work and Geno kept me up to date with our phone conversations. I rarely write a review but this group really deserves any accolades and kind words that come there way.
