Very cute hotel with lovely staff. The rooms were very clean and the rooftop patio has a great view of the beach.

Was my absolute favorite but after given room103, just across the reseption with a window facing the wall and the hotel junkyard I lost my faith.
The location however is 5 stars..

Nice little friendly Hotel right at the beach. Very friendly & helpful staff. Nice sitting on the porch & roof. Breakfast a bit basic. The beds are very squeeky, waking up other folks. Some hangers for towels & beach stuff would be helpful.

Nice location right on the beach. Rooms are tiny, cant imagine more then 2 in a room making it work. Breakfast and coffee in the morning took forever to be ready. I was up at 5am and had to wait until 7:30 for coffee even. We also lost all power in our room over night which was weird.

Location, location, location! The best beach in LA. Apartment on the first floor is the best option. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is basic.

I love the hoyel, however yhe walls are a bit then can hear people above moving around and the breakfast was for an on the go. Quick and easy. Was hoping for pancakes and waffles. But the rooms above referenced nice workers above reread very friendly

Great staff, don't expect to sleep without some tents outside your doors tho. great vacation spot still. Bring a longboard!!

Great rooms and good customer service. Close to the boardwalk which is also nice. Lots of great bars that are also centrally located to this hotel. Room rates are fair for the area but at least it's clean.
