Good looking room, neat and presentable, the only complaint I have has nothing to do with the room but with the area, if you get a street viewing room such as mine, be prepared to be alarmed by homeless people shouting outside. Nothing too much the business can do but it's something to keep in mind.

Great experince with very friendly people specially Gabriela and the manager Pola, we got two rooms unfortunally no cold water only hot, we call the front desk and they move us to other two rooms with no problems they handle the problem very profecionally.

The Location is right in the middle of everything. The room we stayed in was newly renovated. Staff is really helpful.

Good A/C and clean room. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The location is great. To the Hollywood Blvd its just a 10 minutes walk. The pool is also nice to relax after a long day in Hollywood

Very clean, very updated, nice shower head. Only thing was A/C took forever to cool the room. Other then that, great overnighter.

Nice location, just a few blocks away from hollywood blvd. Lots of shops around the area. They were also able to transfer us to another room when our washroom got a problem. We'll definitely stay here again on our next LA escapade.

Don't usually write reviews but our waiter was super awesome.. and a good vibe this is the spot so shout out to our waiter, Angel!! Food was awesome, service was awesome definitely coming back again.

Room was clean and location is close to lots of cool places. There is a pokemon go gym next door a can be reached from some rooms. Parking is clasterphobic and it is one parking space per room. Breakfast was waffles, small muffins and coffee only.

We paid $170 for a Jacuzzi suite, it was nice except the huge cokaroch in the bathroom. Also the maid walked into our room without knocking while I was nude so everybody in the courtyard could see. When we told the people in the office they did not seem to care. Nor did they even try to make up for it. Horrible customer service, huge bugs and rude maids.
