  The bed and breakfast House is warm, charming and has loads of character to each of the rooms. I had a beautiful view of the garden. My first floor room was large and comfortable, my only criticism would be bathrooms need some updating but this didn't bother me at all because It was large! The breakfast set up is to the point but exactly what you need delicious avocado toast, warm pastries bought fresh, granola and fruit. Allison the owner is amazing. She will go out of your way to make your stay perfect. I wil definitely be back!

  We stayed at this beautiful house for 2 days, the 2 last days of our riad Trip between SF and LA. Perfect location only 30m from the beach and from famous Venice Beach, and also very close to Venice Canals. Very friendly and nice girls in the "reception",. Delicious breakfast with fresh strawberries and other fresh fruits and really homebaked cakes- can it be better. Can really recommend.

  Just great! It is a very old house (over 100 years old) and therefore super special! Staff is more than super friendly. Everything was very fresh and home made: from fresh baked muffins in the morning to wine and cheese in the evening. The staff even brought fresh cookies to us to the beach. My 2 boys loved it too. We will definitely be back!!
