Disappointed but not at the staff, especially our waiter great great service. Our stay was a little disappointng on the lack of amenities and it was chilly evening the thermostat was malfunctioning. The view was nice. Rooms clean but we have been to other places same cost three star and four where early continental breakfast and lager menu with more selection. It wasn't bad, gotta say, the staff makes the hotel.

Our room was ready when we arrived. Staff were really friendly and courteous.

Our room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we wanted.

We especially enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, outdoors facing the marina.

Hotel serves a great breakfast and the restaurant across the street, Killer Shrimp, is delicious and should be checked out.

Great location close to the beach and walking distance to Venice. Food and service at the restaurant were really excellent. Best meal we had in California.

We just hosted a Marketing Event Dinner on June 28th, 2017 for 60 Marketers. We booked almost the entire outdoor patio overlooking Mother's Beach. Blanca, our Event Planner, was absolutely amazing! She was such a warm, helpful and insightful person, that I would feel honored to bring into my circle of friends, as well as plan another event with her. She also had exceptional call & email response time - which I truly value in this day and age. The food was top notch, and the staff outstanding! We would definitely host another event there, and highly recommend them!:)

My parents came to stay at the Jamaica Bay Inn and paid almost $300/night for a room that had no air conditioning. The staff was friendly, but rooms were very hot. The maintenance staff came to fix the a/c but only made it worse. Also, their main bar/restaurant is closed indefinitely for remodeling. You're forced to eat dinner or have drinks outside under the sun. They should have posted that on their website prior to booking a room. This facility "at best" is worth $125/night. There are better options in the marina.

Visited the restaurant. Great view, food and drinks were great. They brought warm blankets and had heaters so you could still sit outside and enjoy the view. Carrot cake was really good!

The view from Jamiaca Bay is very nice. If your place is by the restaurant/beach side, (if paid for Marina view), you will see what's called "Mother's Beach". It wasn't the cleanest beach, with a sock and baby shorts floating in the water. However, the hotel room was very nice and relaxing. The hallways are also very nicely decorated. I was not able to see the inside of restaurant, for they were doing renovations. However, I was able to get a seat on the patio area a few times. At day it's relaxing but a bit expensive, the breakfast was somewhere between 10 and 16 dollars per meal. At night, there are also fire pits, which are nice but at certain spots it may get very hot, and for me a little unbearable.

I didn't stay here but we stopped by and ate at the restaurant. We spent about 3 hours in the area and were very happy to have found this place. Even though we didn't stay at the hotel, the bell hop took our luggage and we ate at the awesome marina side restaurant they have. The food was great and everyone was super friendly. We walked past the rooms and saw inside that they were clean and roomy and even got to spend some time by the pool which had comfortable loungers and a clean pool. So glad we found this place to spend some time before our flight back home. 5 stars for the friendly employees, awesome food, and clean environment.

It was a last minute change in brunch plans, and they were very friendly and accommodating. The view was wonderful. It was a little chilly being outside, but the complimentary blankets were great. All the food we had was wonderful. I'll definitely be going back.
