rooms and amenities were more than accommodating. Staff was swift and polite. Didn't stay the night, but was very comfortable with my brief visit

Checked in for 2 nights while my husband and I went to Disneyland.
    Positives: (not many)
The one staff member I interacted with was nice
    Free guest parking
Location is convenient to walk to the park

    Negatives:
They had trouble finding our reservation when we checked in
    The room smelled very musty
The fireworks from the park (at 9:30) were EXTREMELY loud - louder than they even are at the park
We could not get the temperature in the shower to work properly. It was scalding hot. We tried for over 10 minutes in every direction and could not get it to work at a moderate temperature. Terribly frustrating after a long day.
The breakfast left much to be desired

Overall it fit our needs but I would not recommend and will not be staying here again.

Rooms were decently sized and worth the price. It's pretty clean and breakfast is decent. Breakfast options include waffles, cereal, danishes, toast, and bananas in a sweet syrup. Would definitely stay here again.

I have been staying here and another property on Harbor Rd and Best western on Harbor as well for seven years now. Front desk always friendly. Rooms clean. The only thing that sucks is their Wifi but who needs it right? When you’re close to the happiest place on earth.

Clean comfy rooms. Perfect for a Disney trip on a budget. Only drawback is they closed the parking lot rear access to the park. Uber or Lyft to get to the gates now!!

Good for the price. Nice calm place. Rooms smell muggy but after being there for a while you get used to it. The lighting is very dim. Couch bed was not at all comfortable. Mid-night my boys decided to sleep on the floor. Shower was clean but tiles not deep clean. I was not too comfortable walking without shoes. Overall stay was great. Price was awsome. Room needs a bit more work but it looks like they were remodeling during our visit.

This will be my third stay at this hotel. The location is great if you want to be as close to Disneyland as you can get, and for extra convenience there is a gas station with a small selection of groceries, health waves beauty supplies and snacks right next to it. The rooms are acceptable but a little run down. The carpet was starting to come up near the entrance and it just feels old in the room. Over all a fair deal for going to Disneyland, but it's not going to blow you away with quality or service.

Room was comfortable and clean. We thought it odd that there was a black light in between the two beds. But figured it out once the light was turned on. In the room's ceiling there was stars and galaxy that glowed after the black light was turned off. The other odd part was the shower/tub. It was all tiled but the edge of the tub was at least two feet high, and you had to climb over to get in.

My wife and I arrived for late check-in. Check-in was easy and the night employee was helpful and informative. Getting into the room you can tell that updates had been done to the hotel but the rooms still have a rustic vibe Think 1970's with a fresh coat of paint. For the price you can't go wrong. Rooms are clean enough, there's a pool, towels, soap and ice machines readily available Cost/value ratio is great considering the close proximity to Disneyland.

The location was great. A short walk to disneyland! The room was well kept, and the maid was excellent. Every day we arrived back to the room with great service. The breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and we most definitely will return.

Hotel was dated and in need of a remodel. The room I stayed in had a bathtub with tile that desperately needed to be torn out. Convenient breakfast but very basic. Staff was nice and the location was extremely convenient for Disneyland. The free parking was a nice plus. I stayed for work purposes so the price and convenience is why it got 3 stars. And it was fairly clean.

Wifi is not good. Can't even sign on. Beds kind of hard. TV a little cloudy. Room size nice. Shower great! Having a refrigerator and micro pretty cool.

Really decent room! Was quite and couldn't hear the other guests. The decor was really cute and the room had a nice surprise when you turned off the lights. The breakfast was super basic with just cereal, bagels, toast and waffles, was slightly let down. Was hoping for eggs but then again I don't stay at hotels often enough to compare this to others breakfast. The only negative is that I asked the staff on 3 different occasions until what time I could leave my car parked at the hotel and I got 3 different answers.

I've had good experiences with this hotel every time we have stayed there. The staff is nice, the rooms are spacious, No parking fees, and free breakfast. I am giving it 3 stars because they advertised transportation, but they don't have that. It is a longer walk to the parks than we like. Not terrible but hard when you have little ones. And the showers aren't the greatest. But we do like staying here if the price is right!
