LOCATION & CLEANLINES ! Great little place & walking distance to the convention center. It looks like it was remodeled & the room was very clean. I was not in the quietest room (closer to lobby) but I was more interested in being in a good place that was close to the convention center, had food options & markets within walking distance + free parking.. this had it all for a "reasonable" price given the area.
Room was small but very clean, breakfast is served daily which is great for heading out to Disneyland and California Adventures. The walk isn't too bad. Probably 15 minutes from the parks and we only cross the street twice. On the walk back there are several food places and the hotel will even recommend local food places. If you leave your "Do not disturb" sign up, they will put a note in the door saying they didn't clean your room because the sign was there. Staff was very nice.
It was very close, we appreciated the free parking - even the day we arrived before we were allowed to check into the room! The room was very clean and nicely remodeled. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The free breakfast was a very nice extra. We will stay here again.
A basic hotel within 10 minutes walking distance to Disneyland. Also, located near a mall, stores and restaurants make it a good base for visiting Anaheim. It serves free breakfast consist of cereals, pastries and freshly made waffles. Not much but a nice way to start a day. The room has a fridge but no microwave. You can use a common microwave located in the laundry room. For the price that we paid, it is definitely value for money.
I can’t brag enough of what a great job the housekeeping team did! We always came back to a clean and very well stoked room. They even decorated my sons bed with his personal “poop” pillow, which he was excited to see. The check in and check out process was super smooth too. Everyone was friendly and made our stay memorable. The only suggestion I would make is to offer a variety of breakfast options, although we enjoyed the waffles! Thank you for everything Kings Inn!
Very clean facility with friendly and efficient staff. We stayed here while visiting Universal Studios and Disneyland. Basically all we needed was a place to crash at night, and this was perfect. Not fancy, but clean and safe, and within walking distance to Disneyland. The pool and hot tub aren't big, but they're nice. We made use of the laundry machines on-site. They worked well for us. Bring quarters, detergent pods, and dryer sheets.
The breakfast was very basic, but included in the price of the room. The only thing I missed at breakfast was protein. No eggs or meats, not even peanut butter. Toast, waffles, cereal, yogurt, and assorted beverages.
Location is good for the price, however using ART can make things annoying. Single queen rooms are small but good for just a place to sleep. Clean and comfortable. Walls are thin. If you are at the back of the motel expect to be woken up by the garabge truck at 7am. Staff are courteous
DO NOT STAY HERE there are countless other hotels around the area with better service. Our first room had antsand not just a few ants. It was more like an ant infestation. The free breakfast is ridiculously bad. I know, I know you can't complain it's free but that doesn't make the food goodit's bad. There is a man at the front desk that is the opposite of good costumer service. We needed to change rooms. At the time my husband was working so I was alone with all the bags our giant double stroller and my two little kids. We asked for a new room because I didn't want to sleep with ants crawling all over me and HE ACTED PUT OUT!! He didn't even offer to help me with our luggage and there is no elevator. A true gentlemanNOT!!! They called our room at nearly midnight waking up our girls making my husband get out of bed to sign a freaking paper that could have easily been signed in the morning. If you stay here pray you never have to deal with the front desk and that the bugs wont bother you because their customer service blows!!!!
Its a budget hotel, but one of the nicer budget hotels I have ever stayed in, walk to Disneyland took about 15 to get to security check, staff was great, check in/out easy parking seemed adequateif you are expecting some super amazing place for that kind of price you are beyond the help of what this review will provide. I have listed a few good things that one would hope are consistent in a budget hotel, I have nothing bad to say at all. For the price and if you are simply looking for a place to sleep for a few hours, some free parking on all days of your stay including arrival and departure, a waffle, cereal, or toast and coffee for breakfast you cant really do much better.
It's only a 10 min walk from Disney, so that's a plus. Calling to another room from our room didn't work, hotel room was clean, sheets were clean, did need a couple more hand towels, but nothing too bad. When we asks to have a crib delivered to our room at almost midnight, it was delivered almost instantly. Great for the price. Service is extremely fast.
Great hotel. Quiet atmosphere except for some street noise which I am pretty much used to. The wifi is great and the employees seemed very nice. The pillows were uncomfortable but that should be expected. The location is close enough to Disneyland but also a short drive from shopping centers and other parts of Anaheim (my boyfriend and I went to a nickel arcade near the great wolf lodge). Check in and check out we're no hassle at all and I would definitely stay there again. (I would just bring my own pillow)
I chose this hotel to stay at for 1 night because the price was great. The room was decent but the bathroom had ants on the floor and in the shower. I didn't complain because I was tired from being at Disneyland all day. They had also charged the wrong card and told me I'd get my money back right away but it took about a week. That pretty much threw off my spending plans at a place I planned on visiting while in LA. Personally, I wouldn't come back to this place. I'd rather pay a little more money for somewhere I know is better. However, this isn't a bad place if you're on a budget. You get what you pay for.
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, well maintained and very quiet for a hotel near Disneyland. If there is any negative, it's that the Breakfast Room is fairly small. But the food was fresh and good. We would definitely stay here again.
My stay at the super 8 was pretty standard. There was a bed, fridge, coffee maker and cable TV. I had a queen size bed. The mattress wasn't that bad, I've had better. It was a bit small as my feet would hang off the bed. There was breakfast in the morning. Also standard. Waffles were made fresh. For the price range it's as good as it gets. The cleaning service was on the early size as they would go to clean the rooms at 9am. My over all experience was decent. Would do it again.
The room was very clean and had all the basic amenities plus a fridge. The quality of the furniture was nice though the mattress was a little hard. The carpet was a little lumpy and there weren't many vending machine options. The staff was very friendly and timely, though, allowing for a smooth check in. Overall, a pretty good experience considering the price.
