Security thought that it would be a good idea to let a stranger into my hotel room at 4am. Luckily I had the door locked so they couldn't get in but management thought that calling us at 4:30am was enough to resolve the issue. Other than that a great stay.
Location was fantastic for Disneyland. The rooms were clean and the maids did such a nice job of organizing all of our things. The front desk staff was super nice. The price was also more than reasonable!
Room was hot. Ac works horrible. Room size ok. Overall, not bad. Could use some improvements but considering overall, I would recommend. Best value in area
I booked a vacation through Get Away Today. This hotel was one of the more reasonable prices. The hotel is ran down but very clean. The beds are nice and comfortable . The pool is huge and the hot tub is super awesome. It's very close to Disneyland you only have to walk one block over to enter the park. The restaurant The Pizza Press is very good. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and the prices are very good. The only thing is you have to pay $10 a day to park at the hotel which you already booked a room which I find so stupid. Parking is very limited and hard to find a spot. I would recommend this place to family's. Staff is very nice.
Awesome stay when visiting Disney. The staff was always very helpful and the check-in and check-out processes were incredibly easy.
We had a newly renovated room and it was gorgeous! The only complain I have is that my coffee station wasn't refilled during the stay. But it was never difficult to get more. (Kudos to the Front office staff, and the housekeeping team!)
I would definitely stay here again.
Service was real good. we were able to get 2 rolls of quarters for laundry room, where other hotels limit us to $10 or even $5. laundry room is has A/C. thats a plus amenities are pretty nice. they are going through a renovation, so things are looking good. rooms are what you expect, especially since your not staying in your room that long
Don't stay here. The rooms are clean enough, but they're old and nothing works. Shower/tub doesn't drain. Toilet seat looks like someone melted part of it. No hot water EVER. Air is hot or cold, and on or off. Furniture, bedding and appliances are from last century. I could go on, but I won't. Do yourself a favor, don't stay here.
This is a nice 2 star budget hotel near Disneyland (10 min walk). Has very nice big pool and hot-tub. The beds are very comfortable. On the downside, the hotel is showing its age despite the renos this place still has a budget hotel feel to it! If your primarily looking for a cheap hotel near Disneyland just to crash at night this is a good option.
Location is excellent as it was right next to Disneyland and the main reason for staying here. It has recently been remodeled so all the rooms and buildings have a fresh new look. Rooms are spacious and clean. Loved the pool too its very big. The gym could use a little work as se of the equipment didn't work properly. Overall the experience was great and will definitely be staying here again.
Much better after the change in management - clean and new rooms. Breakfast bar was great, although didn't open until 7 (advertised at 6.30). On site laundry and small store. Walking distance from Disneyland. Pool is also excellent. Really impressive.
So, our stay at this hotel was pleasant, it is right across the street from Disney/CA Adventure. The room was comfy with a balcony, fridge and microwave. The coffee maker was oddly located in the bathroom with nowhere to plug it in within reach of it, but we just moved it. I heard some complaints about the cleanliness of this place which made me a bit apprehensive, I saw no evidence of bedbugs or any big deal breakers. They did make the bed with 2 flat sheets which was a bit odd, but still not a big deal. They also charge a daily rate for parking, but it is well below any of the neighboring hotels rates and Disneyland resorts rate. Honestly for the price and location you probably wont find a better value.
The Anaheim Hotel is improving. Rooms are older and feel dated, especially the walkways, stairs and infrastructure. The main hotel building has been recently upgraded and has a Pizza Press (individual custom built pizzas), a new lobby area, and a new bar area. Bar food is amazing, and the drinks are served up strong. Once the rooms are refreshed, this is one of the best value options around Disneyland.
With the relatively low price of the hotel room and being a short walk to Disney and the convention center I had somewhat low expectations of this hotel. The pics were nice online and the reviews were favorable. Neither lied. While the room was pretty basic it was clean and quiet. A fridge and microwave is always a bonus that don't even come with high end hotels most of the time. It looked like one of the wings of the hotel was closed for renovation and crews were working the entire time I was there but it was never a disruption as the buildings are separated and spread out throughout the complex. I would definitely stay here again.
The rooms aren't luxurious but I like this place. It is reasonably priced and is a very convenient short walk from the Disneyland resort as well as convenience stores down the block. The staff is very friendly; especially the young man who checked me in. He was very professional and helped me out with various questions and requests I had during my stay. He also was genuinely interested in how my day was going whenever I passed through the lobby. I highly recommend this place.
Price is usually better than most in the area. Our room smelled very musty and strong cleaning smell persisted during our entire stay. We fronted Disney way and had quite a bit of road noise. Pool is huge but pretty cold, still fun. Plenty of parking. There are definitely better hotels in the area and even cheaper but better and cheaper together may be a hard find.
