We only stay at this hotel everyone we come to Disneyland. They always get everything right on our reservation, everyone is always so friendly and helpful. The breakfast they serve is delicious. We won't stsy anywhere but this hotel. Also there rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was as described. It was in close walking distance to Disneyland (less than 10 minutes). The hotel staff was very helpful and professional. I'd recommend this hotel to friends and family for sure, we'll definitely be staying here again. Thanks for making the most magical trip even better.

Check in was a breeze, as was check out. The staff were very helpful. The fitness center is pretty barebones: a treadmill, an elliptical, a couple of weight machines and some free weights. The free breakfast was tasty and hot. Seems like they have two main offerings and swap between the two every day. You can also make your own waffles. That was really good. They had different flavors of waffle mix daily (strawberry, blueberry, cinnamon). The room was very clean and looked pretty modern. I would guess that it was renovated relatively recently. My one complaint is the layout of the king sized bed room we had. The vanity was located out in the room and not in the bathroom. It was strange to me to walk out of the bathroom to wash my hands or get ready in the morning. We got over it really quickly as the week passed. The hotel is very close to the Disney resort. A short ten minute walk got us to the park. We were very pleased with this hotel.

The Desert Palm hotel is very nice and clean. Friendly staff and a nice continental breakfast. Our room was very clean and seemed to have been redone recently with nice finishes. It takes about ten minutes too walk to Disneyland. The only thing that I would complain about is the room set up. There is no sink in the bathroom?! Though there is space for one. The only sink in the room is part of the kitchenette. We asked to switch our room but they only had similar rooms available. Again, the room was very nice but the layout was weird.

The hotel is clean and we'll appointed with excellent customer service and amenities. The room options are great for all different sizes of groups and families, the breakfast is top notch. It's an easy walk to Disneyland. The only downside is the pushy vacation club sales pitch you may encounter from time to time in the lobby. After staying at many different hotels around Disneyland this has easily become our top choice.

Staff were present and helpful. The free breakfast was good and plentiful. Rooms were nice and clean. Very short walk to Disneyland and lots of shops near by. I would stay there again.

I stayed at the Desert Palms Hotel And Suites on 9-10 through 9-17, 2017, and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was great a long with the breakfast. I got there to check in, the person that helped me was very nice and helpful. It is a easy 10 minute walk to Disneyland. And also if I had any questions no matter what time it was they would do there best to help. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Rooms and lobby are clean. Free breakfast was good. TVs are big. Staff was friendly. Loved the infused water in the lobby. Close to Disneyland and California Adventure (walking distance). Hallways were warm and elevators were a bit weird to get to the breakfast from certain floors. All in all we definitely would come back!

Pretty nice hotel. Rooms were clean but small. I couldn't get a stroller between the bed and the dresser. Walls are thin as you could feel people walking down the hall which would wake me up every night. The staff was a bit rude (don't lose your room key), and they tried to sell me something with another hotel down the street which was a bit odd. Breakfast is good, but I don't think I'll stay here next time.

It was very nice, I shared multiple rooms with friends and everything was clean. Hot meals in the morning and for highschool seniors some rooms had bunk beds and others full on kitchens which is cool. All the people who work there are very kind and nice.

Our stay was wonderful. We had an extra car because my youngest son was a little sick and they gave us a parking pass for both cars. The pool is a salt water pool, which was nice. No chlorine itching. They provided a rollaway bed for only 15 dollars and it came promptly with extra blankets. The breakfast station was clean and the food was above average. An excellent experience.

My family had a wonderful experience at Desert Palms. We have never seen customer service like this before! All of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel itself is great. Very nice room. Great breakfast each morning. Convenient 5 minute walk from Disneyland. We will be back for all of our future Disneyland trips and will recommend to all of our family and friends!

Desert Palms Hotel is a nice hotel. The walk to Disneyland is the too far. Probably a 10 minutes walk. The rooms are nice. We stayed in a king size bed and bunk beds. There is are 2 tvs in the room we stayed in. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was being able to hear people in the hallway very clearly as they walked by.

Overall, great hotel. Breakfast is tasty, rooms and halls look appealing, and the pool is great (though a bit smaller than expected). The location of the hotel is also pretty good because it's not a long walk to get to Disneyland (about 10 minutes at a decent pace). Also, a CVS is right across the street in case you forgot to pack anything, along with a plethora of other stores and restaurants. Finally, everything is very tidy and service seems to be top notch.
