Overall a fantastic choice for our family's Disney trip . We had the suites, they are like apartments with two bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, and a small but full kitchen. We slept 8 people on those rooms very comfortably! The staff was awesome - extremely helpful and accommodating. Fantastic customer service. Parking is free which is a plus. One small con with this is that the parking lot does get a bit busy so you may not get a spot close to your room but for us it wasn't a huge deal. Super close to Disneyland - most of us walked without a problem. They also offer shuttles for a very reasonable price which a few people in the group took and we're happy with. There is a free breakfast buffet which I was impressed with - more than just toast and yogurt! Great food, honestly. Yes it does get a little busy later in the morning but there was always room and always food. The ONLY thing I didn't like about this place was the shower. Old shower heads, very low pressure, and finicky temperature knob. Everything else truly was great. Oh and there is a super awesome "Disney lady" in the lobby that will help you buy tickets there (which you can load into your phone), give you maps, "birthday pins" if you have birthdays, and help you with the shuttle stuff. We'll definitely be staying with them again! Great choice for a hotel!
Fantastic hotel. Walkable distance to the park. Amazingly sweet and helpful staff. We got 2 of their 2 bedroom suites, and the room's were great! Clean, modern, exactly as advertised. This hotel truly was much better than expected from beginning to end. They earned a new batch of loyal customers with this trip!
Highly recommended. Free parking. Great breakfast included with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was adequately sized and had most of the equipment needed in the kitchen. Add that to a quick 15 minute walk to Disney, we had a great time here.
Location is a half-mile from the Disneyland Resort entrance; from here, one may easily reach Disneyland via purchase-required shuttle buses with a stop adjacent the hotel, or by way of a moderately-paced 10-minute walk. The room is clean, spacious and quiet, and well-appointed with a kitchen area (sink, dishwasher, refrigerator). One complaint: The bathroom shower head is positioned somewhat low; I'm 5' 10" and need to bend and lean into getting my head wet, a minor nuisance. Housekeeping has been great. In our reservation, we requested a crib and they delivered a pack-and-play; upon attempting to assemble it much later in the evening, we noticed some defect not allowing proper assembly. It was after midnight, but we called down to the front desk and within minutes a functioning replacement was delivered, along with a sincere apology for the first one. And I haven't even mentioned the lovely breakfast buffet, complimentary to hotel guests. Overall, very positive experience. Would happily return for our next trip.
The room was amazing and very clean. Short walk to Disney. Staff is awesome and very accommodating to their guest's. After listening to a screaming baby on our airplane there the night person gave us a bottle of wine on the house at check in to help me relax and unwind. We never felt like we were bothering them when we would ask any member of the staff for anything. The breakfast is amazing it's a hot breakfast every morning they have many options and it changes from day to day. We had a full kitchen in our room and it was well stocked like my kitchen at home with cookware and dishes and glassware. The bed was super comfy. You can do laundry there and the pool and hot tub are open 24/7. The main thing that I absolutely love the most is that our plane was not leaving until later that afternoon the day we were checking out and they were able to keep our luggage for us as well as use the hotel's amenities until we left. We have never stayed anywhere that had such amazing staff who were so accommodating to us even after checkout time they still treated us amazing. We are already planning on staying there again for next year's Disney trip.
My family enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. The continental breakfast is the best I've had before. The suite was great. All staff was welcoming and helpful. We loved the park on site, though we didn't have time to enjoy the pool (it looked nice). It was close enough to walk to Disneyland, though a bit of a long walk if you needed to go back and forth to the hotel during the day. The only real downside was the size of the penthouse suite was a bit smaller than expected. I will likely stay here on my next visit.
First of all, they lied about where the hotel was located. We asked if they are located across the street from Disneyland because we didn't want a far walk with our 2 wheelchair kids. That was a lie. Second of all our room had NO hot water. A maintenance guy was able to fiddle with it and get it like warm but that's it and I had already had to take a cold shower. Third, the room is so dark. There's not enough lights in their. It's like always being in the dark. Lastly, while we were sitting at breakfast we heard a man go complain to the manager about cockroaches in their room and hair all over the pull out bed.
It's well kept and staff is friendly and accommodating. Closer proximity ti Disney land but it isn't closer enough to walk, in my opinion. No security or security cameras and our car and another car were broken into and third row seating stolen out of vehicle. Hotel gave us free shuttle passes to Disney because we couldn't drive due to the theft. Police officer said it's a huge issue in the area. I would give them 5 stars if they had better security. Especially since they knew this happens regularly.
Our favorite place to stay when we go to Disneyland. We have stayed at the 1 bedroom suite and the bi-level loft. Both rooms were great. We like this place most because of the buffet breakfast which is included in the accommodation price. It's about a 15 minute walk to Disneyland. They have a shuttle that can take you to Disneyland as well but it costs about $5 per person. Will definitely stay here again.
Great location. Very easy walk to Disneyland. Full kitchen in each unit. Breakfast included with stay. Pool & hot tub. Basketball court & 24 hour access to laundry room w/credit card operated machines. Lots of nearby amenities. Very reasonable prices.
Really cool! It's close by the resort and has plenty if room for 10 of us. Even has a kitchen to keep things in the fridge and to make lunches with. It has been good room service as well.
Friendly staff and food amenities. Their tie up with Costco travel is a big plus. I liked the buffet breakfast here
Nice cozy place to stay but in need of an upgrade. Outlets need replacing, tub leaked, and upstairs shower just got hotter and hotter. Would definitely stay there again though. Only 3/4 of a mile to Disneyland.
We stayed here over the past weekend for our Disney getaway, and my birthday I might add. Where should I begin.
I will say I chose this hotel because of the earlier reviews which I'm having a hard time believing they came from actual guests.that being said.
1. When we walked into our room there was an odor, something like mildew. The room is really dated. In the bathroom when you turn on the light the fan also comes on. There are two switches in the bathroom and you would think one would control the fannot so! Either while are taking a shower or using the bathroom you have an annoying loud fan in the background.
2. So we switched rooms. We considered possibly upgrading to the penthouse. In the penthouse you have the option of turning off the bathroom fan. 🙄 Still the penthouse was dated and I mean really dated and we felt it was not worth it upgrading to a more expensive room when we really wouldn't be getting much more than a set of stairs to another bed and the ability of turning off the annoying bathroom fan.
3. We stayed in the room we switched too. We decided to go to Downtown Disney get dinner and get up early the next morning and go to Disney and California Adventure. Aside from the fan in the bathroom the shower is another one of the most ridiculous mechanisms I have had to operate. Then there were the beds. My husband and me felt like we were sleeping downhill all night. Let's just say no one in my family was able to get a good nights rest that night. For a total of $300ish I expected a little more so needless to say we will never stay here again. No is this place a 3 ⭐️ hotel. Sorrynot sorry,
Great family place. We've been coming here for years. Refrigerator stove microwave. They will buy groceries for you and deliver them to your room. We will be coming back again. Very close to the park walkable. Nice pool jacuzzi free breakfast including eggs.
