The location is great if you're staying for Disneyland. The rooms were a bit dated, lacking well-located plugs for electronic devices. The showers are bipolar, moving from scalding to freezing in a 30 second pattern. The rooms are not isolated well, so it can get noisy in the morning and evenings. Overall, it's not a bad hotel at all. Beds were comfortable and again, the location is killer.

Great price, close by to Disneyland, and amazing staff.

For the additional 5 minutes walk time (guessing) this place is perfect. Even after a full day of fun at the parks the walk back is quick, safe, and easy.

We lost a USB wall charger, and asked the front desk at 12:30 at night where the closest place to purchase a new one was. The gentleman at the front let us have/borrow one from the lost and found!! Totally saved us for the next day at the parks.

-1 star for the quirky toilet(had to jiggle handle), and the elevator door would open and close 1-2 times at night before it would go up. Either wayminiscule issues.

We will be back, and will tell others to come to this hotel.

I like this hotel and stay here a few times every year. My kids love that the towels are folded into cute swans. Adds to the excitement of checking in. I love the free parking, fridge and microwave. I like that they don’t add on a bunch of added fees that you don’t know about untill it’s too late. Short walk from Disneyland. The staff do their best to be helpful. The rooms don’t feel cramped.

This place is great because of its location near the Disney parks as well as the convention center which I happened to be visiting during my trip. It's close and in a safe area despite being populated with a number of homeless people. The hotel itself has great service, and the rooms are decent. The air conditioner in our room seemed to produce a weird, wet air kind of feeling when it was on for too long, but it didn't prevent us from sleeping well. Overall it was a great stay. Great when visiting for Blizzcon!

Lovely older Inn. We had the family suite, it was very accommodating. Spacious and clean. The pool area is awesome and the water was very clean as well. This hotel is very close to many restaurants and Disneyland. We were able to see fireworks which was very cool. Only suggestion I could make would to do complimentary breakfast such as fruit, cereals, and pastries. Overall had a great stay and I would stay here again and recommend to a friend. Thanks Castle Inn & Suites.

Room was clean, staff was friendly to your face. When you get there they only allow one parking pass per room, but trip you if you check back you might be able to get another pass. You ask if you can just park for a couple hours they are fine with it, go back and got this nice little note on the window. The best part is there is always been about 5 to 10 open spots.

We are at the first of three nights. So far, so good! The hotel is close to Disneyland, and several eateries. The pool is scheduled for maintenance the last two days of our visit. Big bummer! The room is comfortable with plenty of space for the four of us.

I have used this hotel 3x so far. In my first visit, the shower was week. The second visit, my bathroom smelled like piss. This time, the executive room is okay. I hope the shower is nice and strong. But what I love about this hotel is it's walking distance to Disneyland and staff is good and professional. No free breakfast but they have coffee, fridge, and microwave in the room.

This is exactly what you want if you want a hotel within walking distance of Disneyland (block and a half) at a good price. It is clean but not super updated, and the staff were friendly. If you want amenities like a breakfast and newly updated rooms, then this probably isn't for you. The on sight hotel market is a lifesaver sometimes without having to go far. I was able to walk a half block to pick up my rental for the rest of our trip (Alamo), very convenient. This is our second visit to this hotel.

People at the desk are friendly, and helpful. We stayed on Second floor, long outside hallway. The place is NOISY because most there have kids and they are visiting for Disneyland. Keep that in mind.

Ice machine is only downstairs, so had to walk a long way to get it.

Room was decent. Clean, smelled fine, beds average. No complaints.

Walk to Disneyland is 5 minutes. It worked fine for us, for that reason.

This was our first time staying at the castle inn and suites .we arrived on 5/21/17 and stayed 5 nights . We checked in early and was told our room wasn't ready but was told we could enjoy the pool if we wanted too. The pool kids wadding pool and spa were very clean and was exactly what we needed after a 4 hour drive . Our room (a family suite) was very clean and bigger then we expected. Each bed had 5 pillows and was comfy. We had more then enough towels. our refrigerator didn't work and we were brought another one right away. I read other reviews about hearing people talking and the tvs from other rooms so was waiting for that but we never heard anything. It was pretty quite . We did get to see some fireworks going off from Disneyland which was nice. We were told by the staff if we needed our room cleaned by a certain time to just let them know and they will make sure it's done. They will also let you leave your car parked there the day you check out if you want to go to one of the parks the last day your there and if you took a cab they will hold your luggage in the lobby after you check out while you go to the parks the last day. .the staff is very polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again.

This is a great hotel within walking distance of Disneyland. Their hot tub is wonderful for tired feet. WiFi in the executive suite was clear and strong with very low latency! I appreciate the friendly and helpful staff as well who helped us on a couple occasions. Thank you!

Great service. The WiFi is a decent speed. No notice of pests. No iron though. Great amenities included like fridge and microwave. We brought oatmeal to eat in the mornings. We walked to and from Disneyland. It took around 15 min. Never enough plugs in hotel rooms in general for 4 people with multiple devices, but that is common with most hotels. Great experience overall.
