Wonderful location close to Disneyland. Easy walking distance. Great staff. Art and Andrew (I think) we're very welcoming. Hotel was under renovation but pool service was offered at Hotel Indigo. We came back because of wonderful service from Stacey last year. Sorry we missed her but congrats on the new baby!
The rooms are renovated and extremely nice. The price is pretty darn good too. The lobby and first floor, at the time of our stay, was still being renovated and mostly closed. You can go across the parking lot to the sister property and use the gym and pool.
It's only about half a mile from Disneyland and it's only a block from the convention center. My only gripe was the road construction noise started around 7am, so it gets a bit loud early.
Good stay even with renovation. Friendly and helpful staff. Updated interior looks nice. A/C is ICE cold. Parking can be a little tight if you're driving. All in all, a good experience.
Stayed here to attend an event at the convention center. It was under construction at the time (Nov 2017), but it did not affect our stay much. The staff was friendly from arrival to departure and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Our room didn't have a "do not disturb" sign, but they brought it and hung it on our door within minutes of us calling for it. Their fitness facility was closed due to the construction, but they were able to direct me to the facility in the hotel next door. The distance to the convention center was also perfect. The hotel wasn't too close as to be too expensive, but close enough that the walk was only about 10-15 minutes. Overall a good stay at this hotel. If we come back for the same convention, we may stay here again.
My now wife and I got married at Blizzcon this year and stayed at the Ramada Plaza Anaheim for the convention and honeymoon. The rooms were great and the staff went out of their way to make our stay as memorable as possible. They are definitely part of one of my most memorable weekends. We will be back! Thanks again Josh (the general manager) for everything you and your amazing staff did for us!
I was very pleased with our room, vary spacious and house keeping were very polite. The gentleman Andrew who worked the desk was exceptional i will definitely be returning again. Oh and location is great for those visiting Disneyland 😊👍🏼
I loved my stay at the Ramada Plaza Anaheim! I stayed here for my Disneyland trip and found it very convenient. The rooms are newly renovated. The bathroom is excellent, with large counterspace, a lighted mirror, and a big shower with good water pressure. The beds are big and comfortable, there is a mini fridge and microwave, and it was a clean environment. So close to Disneyland too. I will definitely stay here again!
An overall amazing stay! We were made to feel right at home with their phenomenal customer service from the moment you walked in the doors. The rooms were just renovated and are not only a great size, but are very comfortable. Soft linens, in-room keurig, rainfall shower head Only a 10 minute walk to Disneyland and very close to Subway, a pizza place, and some other restaurants.
Probably the most friendly customer service I've had at a hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Just a quick walk to Disneyland which was the reason for my stay. The only downside was that the main floor is under some renovations, looks like you're walking in a horror movie's hallway in some areas but I'm sure as soon as it's finished it'll be looking as great as the rooms.
New favorite hotel for Disneyland visits! The location is about 2 blocks from the main gate, for us a 10-15 minute walk. Our room had a view of the back of radiator springs racers. Our room was freshly remodeled and beautiful and clean. Comfy beds, large mini-fridge, and a fantastic shower. Everyone who works here is incredibly friendly and helpful. Every time we crossed paths with an employee we were cheerfully greeted. We had a fantastic stay and can't wait to come back!
Service was great as well as the room. The bed was cozy and the shower was amazing. Definitely a great visit. They are doing renovations right now so there is a lot of noise
Most important was that the beds were comfortable! I deducted a star for the parking. We checked in at about 9pm and were unable to park in the parking garage. Other than that the vital was clean and up to date.
Parking is below ground and is very tight. We had three cars but they could only give out two permits. For the third car they gave a special pass that allowed it to park til 3 AM. Service at the front desk was very professional and courteous and nice. They were renovating so it did have a smell of paint and wood. The renovations were halfway completed so the lobby looked modern and chic. Our room was roomier than I expected and a lot nicer too because I got one of the already finished renovated rooms. Bathroom was clean and chic. Only problem was that since the renovations were still going on, the morning of checkout was very loud. We planned on sleeping in til 11 to checkout at 12 but the renovations started around 9. Other than that, highly recommended to stay here for Disneyland or House of Blues or whatevers.
My family had an outstanding 5 night stay at this Ramada. Although renovations were still going on, it was not annoying nor did it disturb our 4 yr olds nap. We also had a newly renovated room which was very nice.
This was an easy 5-star review due to the amazing customer service! All of staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful, to an impressive degree.
On our next trip to Disney Land we'll definitely be checking in here first.
First time traveling with a 5 month old baby for a business trip. We cannot say anything negative about the hotel or its staff. They were very accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean and with plenty of room for all our baby's needs and equipment. From a play pen to a bathtub we had it all and plenty
