    My trip (12/10/17 - 12/14/17)
Upon our arrival our hotel was dirty. The carpet was filthy, it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in days. Each day we came back from Disneyland, all the housekeepers did was give us new towels and very poorly made our beds. The white towels and white bed spread had stains on them. Nothing in our room was wiped down throughout our stay here. I give them 2 stars because the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool is open 24/7 - unattended. Which explains why there was a homeless man in the hot tub around 1am on 12/12/17. We will not be staying here again.

We love staying at Hotel Menage. Their newly remodeled rooms are so nice and the staff there are very accommodating. They allow pet, which is great as we have a pug with special needs that prevent him from being boarded. Hotel Menage (soon to become a Four Points by Sherato) has become our favorite place to stay when visiting Disneyland. Thank you for your kindness and attention to detail.

Great location, currently being renovated into a Four Points hotel. Our room was dated but they are remodeling and the new rooms look very nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the food was great, and it's an easy walk to/from Disneyland.

Outdoor access to the rooms which I didn’t enjoy much. My room was facing the busy freeway so I heard constant cars moving by all night. Lighting isn’t the best as there are no overhead lights. Had an issue with the water pressure in the bathtub/shower at about half pressure because the nozzle that turns the water from tub to shower couldn’t be fully toggled, so my showers had to be right up against the wall but luckily I’m a little guy and it wasn’t the end of the world. Staff was kind and the pool area looked really nice. I think there’s some construction/remodel work that’s being done. My room kind of had a mediocre paint job but the place was otherwise clean. Cheap toilet seats too, mine kept sliding off the side of the pot. Overall 3/5, mostly for small easy stuff to fix. The freeway was the most annoying thing.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was recently renovated so it was very nice. Beds were extremely comfortable, especially after walking around Disneyland all day. Shuttle to the park was quick. Ice machine on our floor did not work, but the hotel was very nice. I can't wait to see it when it is all finished.

Overall the hotel was okay. The sleeping area was nice but the bathroom was the exception. There was a 12"x12" hole in the ceiling that was covered with a piece of plastic and tape and the tub faucet leaked. There were other small cosmetic things that were noted as well.

The friends we were traveling with had the same issues as well. The was one more issue they noted; the toilet was not flushing. The staff moved them to a different room and the moved them back to the original room because the "upgraded room" was not "done yet." They waited approx 1 hour and no one fixed the toilet. I eneded fixing the toilet. Thank God it was something simple.

All the local / near by hotels were sold out.

This was my 1st time here. The customer service was not that good; in regards to the rooms.

The restaurant in the lobby had absolutely amazing food. The chef clearly knows what he's doing and was able to highlight Chinese flavors as well as demonstrate skill in slow cooking meats. The serving staff was also greatly helpful and friendly. Would definitely come again.

(This review is valid as of 9/14/2017) I'm pretty happy with our decision to stay at Hotel Menage. Although the hotel is still finishing up renovations you don't directly interact with it. The main elevators after now working. One big downside is that the pool bar is now closed due to renovations, why they couldn't do it at the same time as the pool makes no sense but it is reality. The room is clean, it seems to have been removed already which is nice. There is some road noise so if you are a light sleeper it might be hard for you since it is so close to the freeway. If you are visiting Disneyland. The walk is a little longer than I imagined but definitely doable especially with a stroller, if you have small kids keep that in mind. Also you have to cross a freeway exit ramp which consists of 2 short crosswalks. There first has no crossing signal so you especially have to watch for cars, oh and the view of the road is a little blind. Would I stay here again? Maybe, definitely for the same price (on sale) probably not for full price.

THIS HOTEL IS NOT A HIGH THREE, FOUR OR FIVE STAR!!!!!!!! READ. YOU NEED TO KNOW. This hotel is a low two star in my book. This review is all about the room. I would of really liked to give this hotel more stars but the room was really bad off. The walls were in really bad shape they were flaking, dirty and there were huge paint patches that had came off the walls and it looked like they just painted over them. The bathroom was not cleaned properly there was still hair in the tube an walls and the tube continued to back up when I took a shower(Previous customers dirty soap residue floating around my feet NASTY). Its always loud because of the freeway and street traffic. I suggest you ask for a good quality room when you check-in, which know one should have to do. I rated this a 5 star because consumers read the five stars. This review is really a two star to me.

Hotel Menage is a really nice place. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is extremely friendly. I love the fact that the pool/ Jacuzzi is open 24 hours. The location is great, close to Disneyland and you get a great view of the fireworks from the pool. The main drawback is the parking which costs $15/ day and the shuttle to Disneyland which costs $5.50/ person. Overall great place though!

Stayed here last October. First impression was great. The lobby and the pool area so nice but then you get to your room it's old and had a smell. The beds were old, uncomfortable, and made noises. The tub spout kept running and not like a little drip either. Our room was located right next to one of their loading docks so around 6 every morning you can hear people moving trash and trucks beeping. The only 2 pluses about this place was walking distance to Disneyland and the pool and hot tub were open 24/7. Definitely wouldn't say here again.

Booked a city facing room and received one highway facing instead, and had no instructions on how to get to our room as the hotels layout is pretty confusing. Other then that though, nice room, cosy, and clean. And the buffet breakfast was small in regards to what was available, yet really tasty so no complaints there.

Very nice room, a map to the room would have been helpful as the hotel was partly under construction. Good price, everything clean, good service, and comfortable beds. Close to Disneyland attractions and local food and shopping.

First room we checked into had a broken door handle. We were quickly moved to a different room, which had two full beds instead of the king we were told it would have. On the bright side, staff was very nice. Rooms were clean. And the only reason we actually slicked this hotel: walking distance to disneyland. Significantly cheaper than disneyland hotels and better than the cheap motels across the street from the park.

The hotel itself was nice, clean rooms, comfortable beds. The pillows are a little to be desired. You have a fridge, coffee maker, iron, hairdryer & safe.
The reception is very manageablelots of room. The pool area is large and set out well, lots of chairs & beds.
There is a bar and a restaurant that has some nice food..Staff are very friendly & want to help.
Downsides.location to Disney is only 10 min, great but you do have to cross the freeway!
If you want a quite day by the poolforget it, it is right next to that Freeway..having to shout to the person next to you.
We left our room late on two occasions..9.30-10am and house keeping did not come in. I did call them and they brought the items that we needed.
Overall I did like the hotel, but not 100%I would go back..
