The hotel was very clean and the staff wad very profession. The morning breakfast was Well done and the dining area was Well situated. My only complaint is that the wifi was tiered. My phone provided better connection than that offered with the room. Forextra money on top of the room price I could purchase faster wifi.

We stayed in roon 106 which was a two bedroom suite. We were attending a wedding in the area and were traveling with children. The room gave the kids a place to play a bit and watch tv in the downtime. The pool was smallish and only about 4 ft but great for the kids. The breakfast was great and the woman working the breakfast was so nice. She even went and got my kids bacon because they didn't like the sausage. My only complaint was that they have a two tier wi-fi, one that was free and a faster one that cost five dollars a day. Overall it was a very nice stay with enough room for everyone in our party to relax.

Have been visiting this facility for almost 15 years and the facility is as great as it was the first visit. Staff is excellent and the facilities are great. Always recommends and personally use this facility whenever anyone is going to be in the region.

Come every year for Saratoga and stay here most of the time. Always friendly and comes with breakfast. Must be good or we wouldn't come back.

I stay at a lot of Marriotts when I travel and this is one of the nicest in my experience. There were Andes mints on the pillows and the kitchen/living space was laid out very thoughtfully. Felt like a cozy home away from home. There's even a doggie area outside for pups to do their business! They went above my expectations here!

Nice rooms and facilities. Staff is very helpful, friendly and courteous. Not a ton of restaurants in the immediate area, but what there are are good, and it's only a short ride to the many good ones in the more immediate Albany area.

I have stayed here twice for business. The accomdations are some of the best I have had the pleasure to encounter. The rooms/suites are spacious and well appointed with a kitchen, eating space, living room and separate bedroom. There are complimentary events nightly and a very nice breakfast. They have a basketball court, pool and outdoor space to hang out. Waking distance to a decent bar & grill. 2 minute drive to the Cracker Barrel. I'm going back in June so if pictures would help give me feedback.

I was recently at the Residence Inn in East Greenbush NY for work. I have used this hotel a few times over the last couple years. The staff is the reason I come back. I cant say enough about General Manager Samantha Munn. She has the best attitude of any hotel person I have come across. Always friendly and the hotel makes travel much easier with different theme nights to allow you to truly unwind after travel and work. Room upgrades like carpets would be nice but you can always count on great staff and good location.

Checking in was a breeze, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast wasn't anything fancy but the bread was fresh and coffee was good. Overall, this Marriott Residence Inn was a great experience.

Amazing staff, probably the best service I've ever been given at any hotel. They even do complimentary snacks and drinks 3-4 times a week for guests.

I'm a gold elite member with Marriott so have stayed in many hotels. I found this one to be a slightly under par in terms of Residence Inn experience, however that's not to say I woukd fault it. It does what it says on the tin, and was a pleasant stay for us. I particularly enjoyed the whirlpool.

Not a bad hotel. The staff is awesome. They are a happy bunch. They serve breakfast everyday and even dinner from Mon to Weds. Their fitness room is a bit quaint but I'm in there everyday. The bedding and linens are nice. The TV channel selection is great.
