I had a surgery appointment at City of Hope for cancer, sarcoma. We are from out of town. I needed a great bed and room. My husband needed to know I would be comfortable post surgery. I loved the Westin beds and amenities on other visits.
NOT THIS TIME!
No soft bed and sheets!
Very small room!
A dirty room!
Very disappointing visit. I Will be staying at another hotel for follow ups. Good bye!response / report this review -

Rooms and common areas are clean and well maintained. Banquet and meeting rooms are well arranged for hosting a small conference. Staff mean well and are polite, but aren't as helpful as I would have liked. For example, once when I asked for directions, I found that my intuition was better than their information.

My Mom and Aunt stayed here visiting us. It was a lovely hotel. They were happy with it and said the rooms/beds are very comfortable and the Westin is within walking distance of many restaurants and stores and a great place to enjoy the beautiful city of Pasadena. Great view of the mountains. We all ate at the Westin restaurant..a really nice restaurant. The food was delicious and we had privacy. They have tables inside and out. The staff was extremely nice. It was a good place for a gathering with my wonderful family.

We had a wonderful experience here! We went to celebrate my boyfriend's 30th birthday. Upon check in (which we were two hours early to) Andrew upgraded our room for free after hearing what we were celebrating. The room was awesome! The staff was very friendly. We ordered room service which was prompt and even had to have the TV fixed which they did quickly. After spending some time in the room my boyfriend purposed to me! We went downstairs and asked the young ladies at the front desk to take pictures for us. She was very excited for us. When we came back from exploring downtown they had left a bottle of champagne for us to celebrate! A++ staff! Wonderful rooms!

Fantastic hotel! It was such a pleasure to stay here. Beds are super comfortable, staff are very friendly and the outdoor areas are beautiful.
I would suggest that they take better care of the gym equipment. But other than that, no complains.

This hotel is remarkable. The service is outstanding and friendly. It has the most comfortable bed and shower ever. The Jacuzzi and pool are exceptional as well. The whole place was a new level of clean. They must be impeccable when it comes to cleanliness. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit LA. It isn't terribly close to the airport, but it is definitely worth the few extra miles.

Great experiences overall. Sydney at check in was friendly and really nice. The room was what was expected and quiet. The pool is a litttttle smaller than expected (it looks larger in the pics online). The parking is a tad confusing as I wasn't paying attention and didn't realize self park didn't have in/out privileges by the hotel was accommodating and let us switch to valet and just pay the difference. If I find myself back in the Pasadena area, would definitely return.

It was nice overall. Just 2 small issues. Guest in room next to me was sick and I had to listen to him cough and hack all night. Then cable kept going in and out while I was trying to watch tv. Otherwise nice room. The shuttle service was super helpful. The pool area was nice.

Ideally located to explore Pasadena. The room was clean and modern. Front desk staff were friendly. Room service was a bit slow getting to us, but the food was very tasty.

It's a beautiful location inside even though there's some construction. The staff are helpful. I've been here before and the food was better then but their cheesecake was good. The chicken was a bit dry this time. Everything is really nice, but parking was a bit hard to find if you didn't want to pay for self park or valet. Overall, a great venue for sure.

The location was great, 15 minutes walking distance to old town Pasadena and about 5 minutes driving. The room was beautiful, very comfortable and even had a mini fridge! The room didn't have much of a view and the window was small, that was the only downside. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the only issue I had was when I ordered room service they brought me a pot of coffee instead of tea and I am allergic to coffee, but once I called they brought up the tea promptly.

The service was excellent, as well as room service. The room was in great condition and I felt very at home. Every thing was clean and organized. Thebes was a little firm and the pillows were a little too flat for my liking. Over all it was a great stay and I would definitely go again.
