The hotel was fantastic to stay at and the room we had was really great. The hotel was well kept and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rate was fair and the location is prime.

This hotel has very noisy air conditioning units. I stayed in two bedroom suite and the air noise from the air conditioning unit was unbearable. We raised the temperature to try to keep the unit from running. The air flow noise in the king bedroom was so loud that it was difficult sleeping. The air also blows strongly onto the bed. We notified the hotel and were told there is nothing they can do. The noise was not the compressor in the unit, that noise was bearable and expected but the air flow noise was like a jet engine running. You could not hear the TV when the air noise was on.

During our stay the WiFi internet did not work in our room, room service never made up our room, and the shower door handle fell apart. I will not stay st this hotel until they upgrade the air conditioning units.

This is our second week-long stay at Residence Inn Burbank. The staff are very friendly, and go out of their way to make my young family and I feel welcome and accommodated while we are visiting relatives/seeing sights in the Burbank/LA area. The rooms are clean and spacious. The housekeeping staff does a wonderful job of maintaining our suite each day. The hotel is in walking distance to a variety of eateries, but there is a great hot breakfast every morning with tons of options, as well as some dinner options during the week (e.g. an awesome taco truck!). It is also a short driving distance from a variety of attractions, like Universal Studios. We'll definitely continue to stay here during trips to the area!

I'm a service tech, I was not expecting to be treated as well as I did. The personnel at this establishment treated me as a guest not a worker. If this is how they treat all their customers, I would definitely love to stay in this hotel. The people are so helpfully and respectful. The room I went to service look so beautiful, modern, and super clean. I super careful walking through this room. Still overwhelmed on how great they treated me. I would be so happy if I get to go work for them again(sub-contracting).

I stayed in a king studio room. It was amazing! I was previously staying at 2 different airbnb's and had terrible experiences. This hotel was a welcomed change and I felt instantly relaxed when I walked in. All of the employees I have encountered are very friendly and helpful. The room is absolutely amazing and feels like home away from home. I really wish I could live here!

Love having an ice maker right IN THE ROOM inside the full size refrigerator. A big plus for us as we are big ice users. Also the microwave, toaster, utensils, oven and coffee maker in the kitchen. The location was perfect for us as we got on and off the freeway (US hwy 5) immediately en route to the attractions on our itinerary. Very ample parking and several restaurants in walking distance, including Black Angus across the parking lot. On the downside, the A/C is very loud and faces the bed (annoying for some especially during the hot summer), and the complimentary breakfast ends at 9:30 AM (early for us casual leisure risers), but this is outweighed by the many plusses. Not a full service hotel nor is it designed to be but the price is competitive for the area. And only 9.3 miles from Dodger stadium (zoo even closer).

I thought the suite I stayed in with two bedrooms and a kitchen was very nice. I just thought it was a little pricey. Overall though I enjoyed my stay because of the heated pool and 24 hour gym access.

I loved the spacious room with everything from the kitchen stocked with it's cooking utensils and pots and pans, to the desk space for work equipped with an Ethernet cable. The all you can breakfast was a nice surprise to wake up to; definitely great for families, traveling, business, etc.

I stayed here for work and the accommodations were very nice. Everything was clean and fresh. The rooms were spacious. There was a great managers reception each night with beer and wine, and done type of snack each night. One night they had smores for dessert. Nice gym to workout if you're looking for that. We were walking distance to a lot of restaurants, so we didn't need to use our car during our stay. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend!
