Good rooms, mostly good service. Staff were polite and helpful. Great pool. Clean. Attached parking structure.
Still a great hotel for business travel to the area. The restaurant is a bit overpriced for what you get but there are many places around that are great alternatives. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Great location in Pasadena.
We stayed 2 nights for a wedding. It was a very nice, clean hotel. Room was pretty basic, would have been too small for more than 2 people. I would have given 5 stars except the sink area was tiny. I could barely have a curling iron and makeup bag out at the same time.
This hotel is a very fancy hotel, but that doesn't automatically dictate a five star rating. The biggest point is that the staff go over the top to make you feel welcome. Both the valet and the desk managers will usually greet you when you walk through the front door. The lobby is very spacious and has lots of seating if your room isn't ready yet. The room service is very polite and will ask you if you need anything specific if you run into them. Also optimal walking distance from the Metro, and several good food options available within walking distance as well.
Beautiful hotel. Hotel personal was very welcoming and helpful. The conference rooms were great and it's walking distance from many restaurants.
Marriott is always a great place to relax. Pasadena's Courtyard is no different. Great staff. Great room.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a $19.00 fee per day for parking. The room had a body odor smell which never went away. Used a black light on the toilet and the area you would come in contact with was clean. The lower part could have used a little extra leaning. Without the smell I would have rated the visit four stars.
This is a great hotel. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are modern and clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. They also have a little deli style restaurant on site so you can grab food or eat it there.
Courteous service at the front desk. Delicious food from room service and it arrived quickly. Also love that the parking garage goes right into the hotel. No need to carry your bags up and down stairs. Would definitely stay here again.
Stayed here for a concert at the Rosebowl. Great room with comfortable beds. Very convenient location to the shuttles for the event. Would definitely stay here again.
I was really happy with my stay had a nice pool area, one of the nicest hotel reps working the front area her name was Araceli, she made my accommodation a lot better. I had a very bad incident with another person working the desk I believe his name was Connor. I asked a question about a charge and he yelled at and was super rude. I had never been treated so badly. He literally made me cry and I was balling in my room upstairs, I'm early pregnant and it was very fucked up the way he made me feel I'm still concerned that I may have lost the baby because of how upset he made me. Besides that p.o.s my stay was very nice and leaving so many stars because everyone else in that hotel was amazing at their jobs and the hotel itself was a very comfortable stay.
Room was fine. Person at check in was kind of bitchy. We checked in at 3:35pm. She asked if a first floor room was ok. We asked, "oh is there anything else available?" She said, "well check in isn't until 4 so housekeeping isn't finished and the only thing done is first floor!" With a big attitude. Whoa. First, we had an email stating check in was at 3. Second, there's a right way and a wrong way to give that information to a guest. You just picked the total wrong way. Very off putting. So after confirming with Ms. Attitude that the 1st floor rooms were indeed the type we had reserved (one of us, not me, was ready to just sit in the lobby for 25 min until 'check in time'), we headed to our room. Which was nice, clean spacious, and right by the driveway to the parking garage. But it was quiet and it was a one night stay so we just got ready for our event that night. Got back to the hotel at 1130, after attending a dressy event (heels, semi formal Wear). They are cleaning the lobby floor and we cannot get to our room without walking on super click wet floor. Of course this Left dirty tracks in the clean floor
Visiting for a wedding and stayed in a room with 2 doubles. Everything has been fine. Room is nice and clean. However, there have been issues with the water not draining fast enough in the tub and sink. The room also didn't have a safe.
We stayed here because we were going to a concert at the Staples Center and wanted a nice place, in a good area, with a short drive. We could have stayed in Downtown LA, but it was a bit more expensive and not the experience we were looking for. The Marriott exceeded our expectations amd we would happily stay here again. The staff was wonderful from start to finish. They had rooms ready for us, so we were able to check in much earlier than expected. The hotel lobby was well lit and very inviting and the staff made us feel welcome and that they were happy we were there. Our room was very clean and the space was well used. There was a nice couch and desk area, and the room was updated and well decorated, with a very comfortable bed. We absolutely loved the hotel location. There was lots to do within walking distance, yet it was nice and quiet at night. We were able to walk to dinner one night and breakfast the next morning. The hotel had a restaurant that smelled enticing, but we were excited to walk around the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the location, price point, service, and quality.
