Absolutely beautiful hotel. The parking is kind of steep though. I think it should be free for guests. The lobby is top notch. Room service was good but they leave the trays out in the hallway too long. They started to smell. Aside from that, great stay and yes, I would recommend it!

The staff at this hotel from valets, to concierge, to kitchen wait staff, to housekeeping was very pleasant. Rooms were clean. I had their breakfast buffet and the food was delicious. From the scrambled eggs, to the excellent bacon and sausage and to the fresh fruit, it was as great as a buffet can be. I also ordered dinner through room service, a very delicious NY Strip Steak sandwich with side salad. It came with a tiny bowl of HP Sauce but it would have benefited better had it been served "au jus." And my server, Jose, was especially nice and helpful. All in all it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience at this Hilton.

My company stayed here for a sales meeting. They loved the rooms and the staff. We had a team dinner in the ballroom on night. It was a beautiful night so they moved it outside for us last minute. The food was great, service was prompt and everyone was happy. We will definitely return next year. Thank you!

Loud rooms. Doors slamming through the night. Thin walls. Some sort of construction going on at 10:45 pm in the room next door the required a call to front desk to get it to stop. Can hear everything the rooms beside you do including showers, getting dressed You get the point. Everything in the room is nicely updated but it seems there is no sound proofing in the walls. You can hear the echo ice machine flinging the ice into other guests metal ice tins through out the evening, and if you're lucky, up until the wee hours of 3am. Bring your ambien or Lunesta and you'll be fine, if you don't have any please see your doctor about a prescription to help you sleep through the madness.

I refuse to stay here ever again. I don't know what moron thought it was a great idea to close off the horizon lounge on the roof top. When I stayed here I would not need to go out, just go to the lounge on the roof top and get a great view of city while enjoyed a cocktail. I will make sure my 100 members know as well not to stay at this hotel. The lounge on top just made this hotel bearable. Hey stupid people at top, open the horizon lounge!

The rooms are clean and very neat. Lobby is open and spacious. Employees are friendly and very helpful. Easy to access from the 134, and very near local churches, shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

The location has many places to eat nearby. The rooms were clean and spacious. Shower was quick to warm up. Beds were a little small. Are buffet, which was good

The location was safe. 1 or 2 restaurants close by. The rest are a short ride share away. Clean lobby with a bar and comfy seats with TV's. Rooms were standard but they were clean and easy to access. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Gorgeous, peaceful lobby. Helpful and polite staff. The food provided for our business event was the best of any hotel we've been to. I would definitely recommend booking any business events here. Sadly, I didn't get the chance to see the rest of the hotel or stay in a room.

Great room and price since I stayed on a Saturday. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was better than most hotel breakfasts. I'd stay here again if I was in the area.

I have to say, that this was the worse Hilton experience I have had. Staff at the restaurant is very friendly. Staff at the desk not so much. We've had to insist to a ridiculous extent to get basic service, especially from a woman named Klarissa, who in my opinion should not be in the hospitality industry.
For example, during the last day, the cleaning staff took one of our comforters. We went downstairs, explained the situation to Klarissa, and asked for the other one back. She said "We have a limited amount of comforters in the hotel, so we might not be able to give you another one". I had to really insist and say "We did not ask for an EXTRA comforter, we asked for out comforter BACK". At Hilton, I should not have to be at the front desk putting my foot down to be able to stay in a double room with one comforter for each bedresponse / report this review -

Went here for a wedding. Valet and parking attendants were really nice. Hotel is really clean and lobby looked really nice.

Great place! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Water pressure and temperature was very good. Breakfast and restaurant was good. I would recommend the Hilton Los Angeles to family and friends.
