Great little find. Extremely gracious staff and very clean updated rooms. The only issue I can share is they have no elevator so be prepared to climb stairs Other than that its AWESOME!!

This is a side three star hotel. It's clean and the staff are nice. It's very small, a little loud (especially the air conditioning), and the surrounding block is full of trash and litter. Our room had an ugly view, we just kept the blinds closed. But it's pretty close to Universal and there is free parking, so I have no major complaints.

This was the worst 15 minutes of my life. This hotel was not at all what we expected. It's haunted! First off, we couldn't even find the hotel because of how small and hidden it was. Secondly, there's 3 flights of stairs just to get to the front desk check in spot. Our room was so much and old, boutique looking. When you walk, you can hear the floors crack. It smelt like dead people and it was very hot!! We canceled our reservations right away and the desk person was still trying to get us to stay. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! bless your heart if you do choose to stay PLEASE believe me when I say this!

Hotel was okay over all. I think the wife and I were just disappointed with the rating our booking site gave this hotel. We felt it was too high. The carpets were old, worn and a bit dingy looking as a result. The hallway was a bit dark and the doors and walls were peppered with scuff marks lending to a low grade grimy feel. The hotel apparently lacks an elevator so guest that require one should stay away. The service was reasonably friendly and helpful.

A nice boutique hotel in downtown Glendale. I really like how close it was to all the shopping and restaurants. Could park the car and walk everywhere. A word of caution - This is on the second and third floor and there did not seem to be an elevator available. I can't imagine this in today's California, but I didn't find one.

I recently stayed at the Glendale location. The place looked nice once in our room. I was aware it was small and no elevator prior to booking. The first night I saw a huge roach in the hallway but figured it was from outside. On the final day before leaving 3 bed bugs came across my bed. I was disgusted I had checked my bed when we fist got there. I let the front desk now and the next day a manager called and refunded my stay. That was great but the bites and inconvience was not worth it

The only unfortunate part about this hotel is that it is not wheelchair accessible. I have a disability in my legs because of an accident. However, the hotel was exceptionally quick with the check in, virtually dirt free and our room was spectacularly cozy. A high queen bed waited for my girlfriend and I to lay in and fall asleep in. We saw almost no patrons which was unfortunate because we had such a great time. Five stars to this place for being so great and comfortable.

We needed a hotel room at the last minute close to midnight in July 2017, and we were able to stay in this hotel. It was in a good location and had free parking. Wifi worked great. Glad we called them.

What a nightmare experience for me & my family! The amount that we paid for our during our stay is not worth it. We didn't even enjoy our stay and definitely we are not going back to this place. You will not feel like staying in the room. This hotel doesn't deserved 3 stars, maybe 1 but definitely not 3. I would rather spend $30-$50 more on the other hotels as long as the room you are getting is a place where you can relax and will not ruin your trip PLUS you will get the great customer service that you deserve for the amount that you paid for.

We've been in different hotels, and this is our worst experience ever! Do not waste your money on this hotel.

Well kept small rooms. Nice atmosphere. A little pipe noise but no louder than the AC

The building is kind of run down and the room I stayed in had a BO smell. But the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and it was quiet. I would stay there again if I was in Glendale.
