I have annual business that brings me to Pasadena and the Hilton is where I always stay. The location is great and the rooms have always been pleasant. The remodel since last year improved the already great rooms. Modern updates and accents are very sharp. I did have an issue with my shower one morning as it would not shut off. The front desk sent an engineer to promptly fix the issue. The staff is always helpful and accommodating. I'd recommend the Hilton Pasadena to anyone needing lodging in the area.
Every staff member I dealt with was friendly and helpful. The shuttle drivers were awesome, and very willing to do anything I needed. I would definitely stay there again!
Hotel is going under renovations but it is still a great venue for conferences. Im here for a conference and staff is present but hands off so they let you be. Lots of people at the bar having food and drinks. The conference rooms do need better barriers between other rooms as you can hear other people speaking through the walls.
Really wonderful service. The AV and Banquet staff was very accommodating and friendly. The food was great for our event and it went really smoothly. Thank you so much!
I attended a conference here. The rooms were comfortable, not too hot or too cold like many conferences I've attended. There was a Starbucks inside which was very convenient. Food options were plentiful. Valet was fairly priced as well.
Currently under construction, so a little unfair to grade it now. Very convenient location, walking distance to most of Pasadena. Went to a show and the Rose bowl and this was the PERFECT place to stay to avoid the two hour drive back to the city. The staff was five stars for sure though, so helpful and professional!
Horrible service. I woke up today ordered food (it was just two sides, not even a plate). They said it will take just 14 min. I was waiting for hour. None. I called two times, they said let's figure out. Nobody called me back. The end of story, nobody said sorry, I'm starving now going to the airport. Will never ever stayed there again.
I was at the Hilton while waiting for a meeting. While I didn't interact with the staff, the facility was clean and I experienced no issues. The numerous waiting lounges are comfortable and the rooms are spacious.
Checked in around 3am after a night of enjoying Pasadena and the U2 concert. Supposedly got upgraded to a King bed and got a queen. Room took forevervto cool down so tossing and turning. Finally fell asleep around 6am to wake up to construction at 8am on a Sunday!!!
I got no sleep. Should've driven home and saved my money.
Staff is very friendly and helpful building is undergoing maintenance so that's why I docked one star. When it's done it will be a first class place.
Service was great and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The hotel is going thru a renovation and we had an older room which could have used some improvement but they are on the process of updating that. Great location!
My first impression of the room was that it was clean and modern. The service was wonderful, as I was there for an event, thus having a back to back reservation. They were able to get me a room where we did not have to move for the second reservation.
Once we found out that there wasn't a fridge, but my friend needed one, I called guest services and they were able to accommodate us and bring up a mini fridge. In addition, we had 4 people in our room, but only 3 towel sets. This problem was quickly assuaged once the staff brought up extra towels for us.
I found the sliding door to the bathroom very odd. In addition, the door itself was opaque, so you could kind of see through the door. Another problem we had was that one of the beds was over what must have been a wire. Once another friend laid herself against the headboard, the light would go out.
The hotel was hosting the event that I was attending and were very accommodating to our needs. The nearest restaurants were about 3 blocks away, but they are short blocks. I would highly recommend staying here.
