Love this place. Always a great stay. Clean, comfortable, great location. Pool and rooms always sparkling. Staff is exceptional. Accommodating, kind, friendly, and requests are handled quickly.

I've visited the shops embedded along the upper floors of this strangely designed hotel. The massage was decent but nothing great. The spa was very small and pricey. The food could be decent depending on where you land. Once, my Korean BBQ had a dead mosquito in it. That was the exception. Usually, during the lunch hour, you can expect speedy service and quality food at the fast food joints. Never been to the restaurants on the ground floor - the prices scared me away.

I've come here for conferences and the layout makes it difficult for non-locals to navigate. Don't know what the rooms are like but given all the luxurious and niche hotels, not to mention great AirBnBs, popping up all over LA, this wouldn't be my first choice.

I've stayed here over times over the last few years and generally I've had a good experience. The location is central to where I come for work which is the primary reason I stay here but so far rooms (bed, bathroom, floors) have always been clean and service whenever needed has been great. The building is a bit dated and the layout of the rooms due to the circular format of each tower is a little weird but this is a fine hotel if you are visiting the hotel. Hotel parking is quite expensive but there is a self park garage nearby.

Pretty chill, I was here for business and had a comfortable stay. It is accessible enough to the surrounding area to just walk around and the lobby is very spacious and pleasant. There is a nice structure to this hotel that I like as far as the layout of the first 5 floors. If you like to walk and explore this place will pique your interest.

Top notch of the hotel classes. Its a pretty penny but its well represented as your dollar is spent for a reason. If you can afford this place. However I cannot afford this place very often myself. Of course there are levels of rooms from executive, premier, higher level suites if your balling. I forget the status room names but as most hotels its got high class to standard class.

Location is fantastic. Just off the freeway so arriving and departing is a breeze. Inside lobby area is just a site to behold. Fountains, lots of comfortable seating to people watch. You will just melt into the bed! Best night sleep I have ever had at a Hotel.

Centrally located in LA. Easy access. Hotel lobby is very clean and modern. I was here for a business event. Meeting rooms were large, all media was up to date and in great condition. The refreshments were great & lunch wss even better. Staff was outstanding! Bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. I would definitely host an event here.

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. We had no problem with valet parking (aside from using the automated payment system, since it wouldn't recognize my validation). The lobby bar was well stocked and our server was fast and accurate. The lobby area has been featured in a number of futuristic movies, and with good reason - it's a very sharp place, with lots of water features and open space. We were only there for a few drinks, but had a good time and look forward to our next encounter there!

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Great looking lobby, easy to get around. Courteous and quick staff. Restaurants throughout the hotel could be labeled better, but I probably just didn't look hard enough. Elevators are really fast. Rooms were clean with a great view of LA (concrete and buildings). Bedroom is just the usual, but the bathroom is luxurious. Bath robe is a nice touch.

The Westin Bonaventure exceeded our expectations. Our room was very clean. Bathroom was immaculate. We had a great view from our 29th room floor. Was a little too far walking distance to the nearest subway station but near everything else such as fine restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Westin Bonaventure Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We hated to check out. We will definitely be back.

We booked into this hotel as a last minute thing - we're been on the road in a trailer for 9 months and needed a break. We booked the hotel as a 'dog friendly option as we have a 100lb American Bulldog. Many places advertise themselves as dog friendly but then there's so many restrictions its a bit of a nightmare. That was not the case here. The staff were so amazingly welcoming to us and our dog. He was greeted by every member of staff, from the receptionist to security. He was allowed in the bar and the cafe (where he again was greeted warmly), each member of staff was sure to tell us of a grassy space up on the rooftop deck, and they delivered a bed to the room for him (unfortunately he was a bit big for it but he made it work!). The rooms were clean and tidy and the foyer is beautiful. The staff were super friendly to the humans too - can't recommend enough!

The room was comfortable. The bedding was very cozy. Everything was clean and felt up to date. The guy out front was super helpful and friendly. The shower was very nice. We had a nice view and quiey. The hotel interior on the ground floors looked like a nice place to spend time lounging or eating. The rotating bar was cool, though service was scarce.

We have never stayed at a Westin hotel. This was a wonderful place to stay. Our view from the 29th floor was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The shower and layout of bathroom exceeded our expectations. The customer service and housekeeping were excellent. They provided free water and more upon request anytime of the day. Gym facility was better than average compared to other luxury hotels (Ritz, etc). They also kept our bags after checkout while we attended a convention. Recommend this place highly.
