New staff sucks. I love all the old staff. It makes the place more enjoyable and flow better. I spoke to this blonde woman close to olive for assistance and she was extremely arrogant and rude. Plus she had no right to. She was a bimbo. I have no idea how she acquired that job

Had a great time staying here for a week. Awesome indoor swimming pool. Clean rooms. Courteous staff. Near subway station, shopping, dining and entertainment.

Fantastic gym with great amenities, including dining, events, spa treatments and member perks. Beautiful pool and in the process of being renovated. Staff are wonderful and there's never a wait for equipment. The basketball court is great and the indoor running track.is getting a full overhaul. Excellent DTLA location.

High-end GYM, social club and great hotel. Great service! Make sure to research dress code if you want to eat there. I would give 6 stars if I could. Love working out here!

I came as a guest/ membership trial. Initiation fee are a steep. Monthly fees are comparable to that of equinox. The actual gym facilities are out dated and need some love, especially in comparison to the renovated locker and spa areas. Top notch. After my trial no one bothered to follow up with joining. The perks that come with the club are nice, but I'm not personally familiar with them, only with what I've read through their site.

Well located hotel in downtown LA. Good fitness facilities and buffet breakfast. We were in the cheapest room which was a bit small compared to other US hotel rooms but it was clean and comfortable.

Was here for a work event. Thought it was a cool place with a lot of history; it opened in 1880! The staff was excellent and the entire venue was nice. Parking is expensive even with validation. Opted out of the club lunch and ate around the corner; there are a lot of option.

Nice club, expensive food. Very old school feel with great architecture. Felt like I was in one of the grand old buildings back at the East Coast with the wood paneling and detailed architectural features.

I went to a conference hosted by Microsoft. The rooms and chairs were really nice. The air conditioning was on point. The restrooms were super clean. The decor was pleasing to look. Overall, this was great event.

Attended for a wedding. The drink selection was very limited, the elevators to the parking lot smelled like pee, and the elevators through the building took forever. Other than that, it was a nice hotel, rooms were nice, although they could've provided a few more basic amenities other than cotton swabs, cotton balls, and makeup removers, but not necessary, and the rooftop was very nice.

New York old money feel. Quiet spaces. That old stauchey kind of place with dark heavy wall to ceiling wood like a men's club of the 1950's. A safe and posh place.

long time member. the staff can't remember your name. they keep saying the women's room will be updated but it never is. the men's room was naturally already updated. they nickle and dime you everywhere. staff is inaccessible. they don't respond to emails and there's such a high turnover it must not be a good place to work. beautiful club. it's a shame it's being managed so poorly. the restaurants are open at worthless times. they don't make it easy to bring a guest. no sense of youth or discovery. just dated, old, and cheap programs. dying for this to be taken over by someone with a true vision to restore this to grandeur. pool is gorgeous.

Nice clean room. Bathroom was a little small. Elevators were a little slow but they are under construction. Breakfast buffet was average. All of the athletic facilities were nice!

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds had good linens. Breakfast was included with our rate and it was good as well. The bar is very cool. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back!
