If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
Very nice boutique hotel. Rooms are small but stylish, modern and comfortable. Not a great neighborhood, but well located. Pricey, but decent compared to other similar hotels in L.A. Overall good experience. Would stay there again.response / report this review -

It's very cosy. A few amenities missing but those can be found around. If you are a tourist, it's an opportunity to know your neighborhood and try something new. Enjoying my stay. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Very small room. But comfortable. Basic room. Lots of street parking but be aware only has valet parking for 40 a night if you're not staying Sat to Sunday

One of the worst and most overpriced hotels I ever stayed in. We payed 400$ for two nights including one night valet at 40$ excluding tax. The page said parking is included but the self parking was closed and only valet available. In that part of town it was impossible to find free parking. The second night we figured out where the valet guys were parking (across the street), going to the same place as self parking costs 25$ for the night.
The hotel room was tiny, the central air conditioning system was right outside of our windows so we had constant noise. No breakfast is offered. The room was not very clean, there was a used condom under the bed.
The area around the hotel is not the best, I wouldn’t feel safe walking there alone or even in company at night.
I can only recommend to avoid that place, anything will be better.response / report this review -

Extremely small rooms. Cheap mattress. The bathroom area was barely big enough to accommodate one person at a time. To be exact, it is 3 feet and six inches wide by 4 feet and 6 inches in depth, and in that small area they have shoved a small size toilet and small pedestal sink and "step in" shower. Cheap curtain on a shower rod to close off closet area. No refrigerator nor ice machine and no microwave. Overall, cheap decor, cheap bedding, no floor space, no pool, no continental breakfast, but the pillows were comfortable.

I loved the hotel. Don't let the exterior fool you, this is a very nice modern hotel. It reminded me of a boutique style hotel. The decor was great and the room was perfect for a solo traveler. Great facilities and very clean. Perfect location downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

Really poor phone support / front desk help. They never actually entered my credit card number provided to them into their system, so my reservation was going to be cancelled. I called immediately to provide the information again over the phone, and did so. The rep who took my number again never entered it in the system, or typed it incorrectly, and never bothered to check while I was on the phone. Instead just saying "yes it went through." My reservation was then cancelled, and the only reason I found out is I noticed my card had never been charged after a week. Now they tell me they can't reinstate the reservation I made months ago and are booked. Absolutely terrible booking process. Will avoid for future conventions.

Close to downtown and the la coliseum. Rooms are nice and staff is friendly. For the price point it is well worth it

After ALL the hotels I've been to this week , (if you've seen my other reviews) this by far is the nicest. As for a room with sunlight. NO interior rooms (too dark ) . Only thing I could think of that's not great is 35 $ a bday to park but it's Valet. You park across the street for 5-10 $ a day. You could walk to your car faster then the valet bringing you your car

Great​ value and proximity to la live, but not in a immediate location. Rooms are recently renovated which is nice. Tastefully done albeit a bit spartan and budget. Wifi free, reliable, but still throttled. Would stay again if price is kept aggressive.

Quiet hotel with friendly and helpful staff. In remodel stage so no extras like room service or on site restaurant however did see views of floors in construction and looking forward to future visits to see this historic hotel completed! Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Thick soft towels.
