Great location! Breakfast was very nice and rooms were spacious. I wish the bathroom had more hooks, but that's the only comment I could come up with for improving the experience. I'll likely go back if I vacation in San Antonio again!

This Hotel is all about class. When you drive up to the Hotel the 1st thing u noticed is the architect of the outside of the building. To the right of the Hotel is the beautiful park that just give you this great feeling. When you walk into the hotel the beauty is just breathtaking and right there and then your great experience begins. The staff is great and always ready to help you.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Architecture & history is wonderful. Room service dinner & breakfast in the atrium was excellent. Waiter needs much more training. Please, no paper cups for cream. For a property that was completely renovated in 2015, the interior looks tired.
My husband and I stayed in a suite. The room was extremely dark. Also, the living room TV was very dark. We called maintenance, but he said there was no adjustments for that on that TV.
This property has the potential for a 5* Hotel.
    Disappointed.

So many reasons this it the WORST stay I've ever had. First of all we were given the key to an already occupied room, nearly letting their dog out. We could have been bitten or their dog could have run out and been lost! I did not feel comfortable having my dog there. This was an hour after our quoted check in time. (We scheduled a week in advance.) Second we paid for two of the same room. My father's room was gorgeous. Our first room was not. It had no hot water and no shower door, a completely different layout than the first room. After being told they had no room to put me in that I could shower in, they finally moved me to a room that once again had no shower door. (My father's room did have this safety feature.) No matter how many towels I put down, water got everywhere and I slipped, hurting myself. At least this time there was hot water. Housekeeping tried to let themselves in and didn't bother to ask if anyone was in the room. (Again my dog could have bitten someone.) There was no consistency. This is a beautiful hotel but it's clear they cut a lot of corners and it's a shame. The valet said we would probably leave a bad review and asked me to let you know he was on point. This is true though, the valet was nice and helpful. I would not recommend this hotel unless you want to come home feeling like you need a vacation from your vacation.

Great old hotel in downtown San Antonio. I love the old world atmosphere and adornments that make up the interior. I miss the old bar that was there prior to the remodel but they did a pretty good job with everything else.

One of the best in San Antonio. Convenient to most all downtown has to offer. Beautiful rooms and gorgeous lobby. Wonderful, attentive staff. Parking is outrageous but once there we walked everywhere.

We attended a wedding here. It was so gorgeous! The facilities were very clean and well taken care of. The location is great. It was so nice having the cocktail hour where we could see the park across the street.

Superb. A valet came RUNNING to the car as we pulled up and we were greeted by he and the bellman. Very friendly. Front desk, friendly and congratulated us on our five year anniversary ( I included that in our booking notes ). They gave us DELICIOUS chocolate covered strawberries, waiting in the room as we walked in. Now THATS service. Plus a congratulatory note from management. Gentleman that helped with the bags was friendly and gave us a tour of our room. Room service exceptional. Even the engineer was sent to show us how to use the TV in the bathroom mirror. Very attentive, above the bar service and you can see from the photos how awesome the property is. Very close to the river walk. The pool is beautiful and the bartender offered us his very own drink ( that he created). It was refreshing and delightful. Can not WAIT to return to this hotel. I don't think I can stay anywhere else.

From the moment we drove up to the valet, guest service were impeccable. Bell hop, bartender, and housekeeping were all fabulous. The hotel lobby is picturesque, featuring, chandeliers, antique furniture, art and photos. The rooms are modern, and clean, with cozy bed and feather pillows. On the rooftop pool we enjoyed snacks and margaritas, while a DJ played fun summertime music. Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in San Antonio!

The location is close to the highway and Riverwalk. The customer service is spot on and the rooms are impressive. Truly a pleasure staying at this hotel. Highlights include helpful staff, good restaurants, amazing pool and heavenly bed. One of few hotel stays that hit the mark on every aspect. Great hotel for the price.

The restaurant was amazing. Service was great at the restaurant and the food was like no other. Very pleased. There bar on the other hand, well they didn't seemed like they knew how to make a good drink, and took a long time to get us our drinks.

I attended a Yelp Spring Break party at the St. Anthony and had a great time. The inside has been newly remodeled and definitely has a luxurious vibe. The staff are pleasant and the restrooms are clean. There is a great rooftop patio on the 10th floor that I recommended exploring!

Parking was difficult and no help from valet due to volume of cars. Across street valet was unwilling to assist and had entry system down for repair. Had to use public parking behind hotel and get up at 6am to replenish the 12 hour max ticket. Nice reception and entry but a little confusing to find check in which is a tiny desk all the way to the right side. First room we had was not cleaned and still had old food and garbage still in trash can. Service for breakfast was not good and even tho breakfast was 6:30 start they still were not ready to serve at 8am and told us almost? Very odd and restaurant was empty. Over all the hotel was well presented, clean and nice. To say this is a 5 Star hotel is hard to believe, more so a 4 star. We were fooled by the untrue rating and should have booked the Hyatt on the Riverwalk.

The bar decor provides a luxurious ambience that is representative to the high-end nature of the hotel. Bartender was polite, did not interject himself unless spoken to first, and provided good info about the surrounding area. Drink prices were on the high-end, but that should be expected in a place like this and the service made it worth it.
