Nice, clean rooms. Helpful, friendly staff. Don't bother with the free breakfast, though. It's only on for two hours, not a lot of carb-free options and massive lines of people waiting for that one guy in front who's learning how to use a waffle iron.

One of the nicest and most private hotels I've had the pleasure of visiting. Right in the center of town, across from a pretty park with a dog area. Pet friendly is a huge thing for me, so it was great that they provided this as well as valet parking. Definitely would stay again if in the area.

Great Stay ! Very close to River Walk and front desk was very nice. They even offered suggestion for dining because we had kids. Indoor pool clean, breakfast fair ( and FREE).
Rooms spacious and bed comfortable.
Parking is $31 😤 , however garage next door $10 for 24 hours.

If we visiting again this stay is on the list.

Usually stay for a couple of weeks at a time. Front desk is staffed 24/7. Hotel staff always welcoming and friendly. Although here for business, it is a great place for families. Walking distance to the Alamo and other San Antonio destinations.

The staff at Home Suites was as pleasant -or more so- as anywhere we have ever stayed. However, just because the Hilton name is attached Do Not Be Fooled! If you want weekend room service there is a sign in your room informing guest must request such service. The pillows were lumps and the king size bed uncomfortable. Indeed there is an efficiency kitchen. But my idea of a suite isn't the sofa at the end if the bed. Online photos do not portray the room set up. So we left 2 days early!

Great extended stay suite! Super clean, smells fresh & clean!! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The young men & women that were working as valets are a fountain of information.
We had a smoking suite, which was fab, my only complaint is there is no ventilation to help remove the smoke(yes even smokers don't like a smoke filled room), but housekeeping staff was great, and provided a smoke neutralizing spray. Would have been great to be able to open a window to air out the room. That is my only critique. For nonsmokers, you will never know that smoking is allowed in any area of this hotel. There is no "reeking" of cigarettes that you can smell in any area. Great hotel, great people, great city!!!

Excellent service, and a room well laid out. Hotel staff were in particular always ready and more importantly, able to help. The suite itself was well appointed, and could easily have accommodated a traveler for a month if needs be.

Great hotel. Service was fast and courteous. Rooms were well stocked with extra blankets and pillows. The continental breakfast was the best by far with buckwheat waffles and various options. Looking forward to staying in here again on my next trip.

This is a very nice place to stay the room was awesome it's like a small sweet it is close to numerous shops dining bars and the best part a
block from the canal my only complaint is there breakfast in the morning leaves a lot to be desired they could really do better with fresh eggs and meat

The staff are super friendly, rooms are big. The sheets could of been a little cleaner but overall a great room. Parking is available across the street for $9 or you can valet for $30. We parked across the street with no problems.

Great location, only a block from the Riverwalk in two directions, 5 minute walk to the Alamo, and less than a 15 minute walk to the convention center. Staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are modern and well furnished. Breakfast is complimentary and does the job. There is valet parking but no lot, which is typical for the Riverwalk area. Highly recommended, especially for longer stays in the area.
