Very clean room with everything in order. Good lighting here which is always something lacking at others. This particular hotel is within walking distance of the mall but at the same time you may need to vallet your car during busy seasons where the mall parking is packed.

Rooms are clean and nice. But, you'll have to pay valet to park and if you make it after hours, you'll have to park it yourself. The only parking available close by is limited street parking which you'd have pay from 8 am onwards. Preferably stay somewhere further away from downtown.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
5stars because after going through 2 different hotels and them turning us down due to having no credit card , we came into this hotel and they willingly accepted us as well as accommodating our every need and giving us a special deal because it was my husband's birthday. They seriously turned the whole night around so thank you Martin & Enrique! On top of that the room was amazing no issues here at all!! 5stars because after going through 2 different hotels and them turning us down due to having no credit card , we came into this hotel and they willingly accepted us as well as accommodating our every need and giving us a special deal because it was my husband's birthday. They seriously turned the whole night around so thank you Martin & Enrique! On top of that the room was amazing no issues here at all!! Our go to hotel from here on out!

Staff friendly, typical free buffet breakfast, staff friendly, parking expensive, pool, comfy lounge areas, our bed in Room 500 lists and was very uncomfortable. The housekeeper was on the phone the entire time and cleaned the room and even made the bed with one hand!

The hotel is very nice and it is in an outstanding location in downtown San Antonio. I parked on the street for a CHEAP 30 cents per hour, but I think you can also pay for overnight parking at the mall next door. I wasn't here long, only to meet someone for business, but the hotel has kind staff and a free to use business center to go online and print documents. I am pleased to have had the opportunity to come here.

Jennifer at the front desk was wonderful! She went out of her way to accommodate our needs. She greeted us by name each time we entered and exited the hotel. The hotel was well maintained and within walking distance to most downtown attractions. Recommend.

Great downtown location only a quick walk to the Alamo but far enough away to have a peaceful stay. We were able to walk to a lot of the tourist attractions and restaurants and took the bus to places too far away. Breakfast tasted great but the selection could have been better and there were no potatoes. Also the bathroom sink and mirror were separate from the shower and toilet so it wasn't much privacy when using the sink. Overall great stay and great price.

I love this place!!! So clean and the room has everything you need to be comfortable. Lamps attached to headboard, sink for washing dishes, extra bedding to use on couch if needed, Paul Mitchell products and very spacious! No bad smells and the most wonderful bed and pillows of my life. I had the best sleep ever. I was amazed by it's super fast WiFi. Pool and hot tub were clean. Lastly the valet service was good. It is pricey but I did appreciate it. Hotel is very close to River Walk and after 2am there are quite of few people asking for money. I arrived to the hotel at 4am and we were approached by 3 people asking for money. I am the type of person who has to help if someone needs it and it's really hard for me to say no. There is cheaper parking near by but if you don't want to be constantly be asked to give money I highly recommend the valet parking.

Great for the price. We went on a damily vacation. This was super close to the Alamo and had a great hot breakfast. The staff was unable to help me purchase park tickets due to lack of knowledge of software. That was my only negative

Rooms are spacious, employees are very attentive and willing to help. Be aware that this is a popular hotel with student groups so your wait for the free breakfast could be long. Breakfast wait times are listed on a sign in the elevators. Nice facility, chic and well-kept.

Great service! Breakfast was awesome! Location couldn't be better! Literally around the corner from the Alamo and a block from the River walk. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is that the mattresses were a bit soft for my liking.

We loved our stay at the Springhill Suites. The facility was clean and welcoming, and the price was right. The breakfast was wonderful, especially the coffee. It was so conveniently located, being a block from the Alamo and about 3 blocks from the Riverwalk. Every single staff member was exceptionally helpful and friendly, which was the icing on the cake for me. I would have liked more drawer space in the room, and better lighting in the bathroom area. But that did not hinder the functionality of our room. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this facility.
