The overall look of the hotel is great. Not many places have such a bright and colorful scheme. The food served in the Agave Ballroom is delicious. The only negative point was the hotel room. Could not unplug the sink stopper and the entrance of the bathroom wasn't completely cleaned of water residue.

Fun atmosphere for a quick getaway. Great location, easy to walk to tons of restaurants and shopping. No need for a car. Pool has plenty of lounge chairs for a relaxing day in the sun.

I stayed here for a wedding and it was really amazing. They had a DJ and hosted an amazing pool party both days. There was a calm pool for those who wanted to chill. They had pool floaties, and drinks by the pool, and they never shouted at us when we got rowdy. And we got SUPER rowdy. I would highly recommend staying here on a weekend if you want a fun party atmosphere. Much more calm and quiet during the week. PS. Get a room on the ground floor so you have a walk-out balcony that accesses the pool. ;-)

The Saguaro is very nice and colorful. The employees we interacted with were very polite and courteous. As guests were heading out to walk down W. Scottsdale, the concierge would encourage water, as it was very warm out. This kind of hospitality is amazing! We will revisit again.

We stayed at the Saguaro last weekend and could not have been more pleased. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the property was unique and very attractive. The room were delightfully eclectic, comfortable and clean and the location was fantastic. The rates were also very reasonable. Great experience, could not have been more pleased, especially the professionalism and friendliness of the entire staff. Great hotel!

Had a lovely stay this weekend at The Saguaro Scottsdale with my sister and friends. We were visiting from California for a concert in Phoenix and made the right decision of staying here! The staff is so friendly and helpful which made us feel so welcome. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and Mark at the front desk generously put us into a suite overlooking the pool; the extra space was extremely helpful for four girls!! Simply a great stay and a refreshing experience compared to most hotels I've stayed at recently. I would highly recommend staying here for your visit to AZ.

Absolutely fantastic ; the staff, their kind and efficient actions and overall manner speaks volumes of the hotels fine management. The menu offers convenience and creative, delicious cuisine. The environment offers the beauty of an oasis town in the desert We highly recommend The Seguaro--just phenomenal! It was worth the Twenty Mile exit off I-10. This is the place to stay if you like five star service , five-star people, and three-star pricing. They will always go out of their way to help and accommodate you!

I really don't know where to begin with this place. First room I was in the ac was broken and room was at 88 degrees with the ac on for an hour. No big deal it's Arizona it happens, they upgraded me to a king sweet, but I had to use a roll away bed for my little brother instead of the queen bed I paid for. Then I go to the pool at 9:43 to have a quick swim before the pool closed at 10:00pm completely aware of the fact that at 10 I would need to leave so the pool could be cleaned. I was turned away at the entrance of the pool. Even though I was told by the person at the front desk they will usually let you swim later as long as your quiet. This place was a complete waist of my time. And now I'm stuck here because of a no return policy. Please don't waist your time or money on this place.

The hotel is a tastefully revamped older property. While they didn't completely gut the rooms, and you can see they cut a few corners - Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Good water pressure in the shower, no mildew, the room smelled clean. Nice sheets, comfy bed. Keurig in room, mini frige, but bring your own bottled water (they are charging $7 for a Fiji?). Wish they had complimentary water, it's the desert! Multiple buildings/towers surround a courtyard with a large pool where multiple groups of guests were all gathered having a fun time, music playing, etc.

This is a great place. Nice clean quiet. The location can not be beat. If your reading reviews and trying to decide. This place will not disappoint you. Pool is great. Rooms are clean restaurant has great food.

Great staff and perfect location. Walking distant to many restaurants, bars and shopping. Onsite staff very knowledgeable about the area. Would definitely stay here again
