Great hotel with nice pool. Within walking distance of old Town and lots of shops and restaurants. They have bikes to use as well. Friendly staff!

First of all, the location is perfect. It's in the middle of old town and everything is walkable. Food was easy to walk to and minutes if driving. The staff were really friendly and accommodating for some of our special requests. We even got upgraded to a pure room so that was nice. The room was pretty standard with some nicer furnishings. Walls were thick and slept soundly through the night. Two things to note is parking is $7 a night but we were platinum status so it was free and there is no complimentary breakfast. Overall I was happy w my experience and would stay again if in the area.

Went to an event, great service at the coffee bar. Poor cell service but that's not a real problem. Very clean, provided water.

Would stay again. It was a very nice hotel, friendly staff. Out door pool and hot tub was great. The gym was very nice for a hotel gym. Lots within walking distance.

Room was very nice, it had a contemporary design and upgraded bedding. There were 3 pillows each to choose from for my wife and me. Grounds were very clean and the staff was very responsive for any needs or concerns. Was a little disappointed we didn't get our included breakfast and we're charged for parking. The front desk staff didn't explain the parking fee or how the included breakfast worked.

This place has definitely improved with the renovation of the rooms. This is a great location. You are close to Old Town area and local thrift stores. There are also plenty of food options in a wide range and variety.

My room was large with a king size bed and a huge flat screen tv. The man at the desk had a great sense of humor but still very professional. The hotel itself is a great location with only a few blocks to Old Scottsdale and about a mile to the running path/trail

Hotel was high end and service was spectacular. Complimentary shuttle was perfect for getting around and they were very accommodating. Kristy was very helpful at the front desk. Room was very clean with a good view.
