The overall experience at the hotel was good. Check in was easy, and the hotel was in a good location for what we needed. The room could have been cleaner upon check in - it wasn't horrible overall but the bathroom absolutely could have been cleaned better. Breakfast was good except for the eggs. We would consider staying here again.

i had a reservation for 2 queen beds when i arrived the hotel changed my reservation to a one king bed and sofa pull out the day before my arrival (i called best western to verify.) it did have a sofa sleeper but if my reservation was for 2 queens what gives the right to change a reservation without disclosing to the guest first? the morning before i arrived my card was authorized WITHOUT my authorization, i called the hotel and they claimed it was for a deposit but when i got to the hotel they asked for an additional deposit. my reservation was for a free stay and yet, my reservation was changed and my card was authorized without my consent. then the front desk girl said my reservation was changed because point stays are only for one king beds. ( it’s probably wise not to lie to your guests & by your reviews it looks like it’s in your policy to change rooms types as you please) I had to drive another 30 minutes away for another best western. Lastly, they did not refund my points for free stay and they closed my complaint file stating they upgraded me without charge. So thank you for everything you guys did, really appreciate it :)

Our initial experience at checkout wasn’t exactly what I’d call a welcoming feeling. We arrived about 9pm on a Friday. The check in attendant wasn’t very responsive and seemed like our presence was a bother to him. We were quickly given our room keys and instructions on how to get to our room.
The bathroom looked as if it was cleaned in a rush. Hair in various places, the toilet seat wasn’t wiped down, the toilet paper was very low, and the room smelled of cow manure.
About 1:30am, someone attempted twice to get into our room. Obviously given the wrong room number..
Our visit seemed to improve however. The attendants at breakfast and at the bar were extremely helpful and welcoming. Checkout experience was smooth and friendly.response / report this review -

Easy to find and right off the main road. Got in early morning and the room was really nice and spacious. Air conditioning in this Arizona weather is definitely a plus. Mini fridge and coffee maker inside the room. Bathroom and shower had plenty of room. They had a free breakfast in the morning and my stay compared to other hotels and inns was way above average. Would stay at best Western legacy inn again!

You are greeted at the front by a friendly, competent staff. The rooms are always clean. I always enjoy the breakfast. It's my go to place when I'm flying. Great job, guys!

The rooms are just MAGNIFICENT. Large and clean and the bed is sooooooo comfortable. Staff nice, breakfast was fully loaded with everything. Was able to park my car there while I went out of town, great service. They are located around farming, so you may have times when you get the field (fertilizer) smells around your hotel and it may come in through the AC. If not for that, I think this hotel is up there with high end hotels in large cities. THANKS BUNCHES>

The front desk attendant (Jacob) made us feel really welcomed and at home. Each time we saw him he had a smile on his face and laughing. The maid was also wonderful. She also made us feel very welcomed. The breakfast staff were on their toes with making sure everything was available. Everything was very warm and inviting

Very nice Best Western. The King room with a sofa refrigerator and microwave was excellent. This Best Western was a major step up from the Best Western in Goodyear. We were able to check in early. The AAA rate was super/very reasonable. Good staff. A full hot breakfast was an added benefit. We will definitely stay there again

I enjoyed my stay. The complimentary drink coupons and free chips & salsa during happy hour were great! However, the room smelled like smoke when I walked in but the said all rooms were nonsmoking. They came in and sprayed and it was fine. Then.I found a dead grasshopper (I think) by the door. Other than that, the stay was fine.

The hotel was nice and in a great location, my only problem was that when it came time to have breakfast nothing was out until after 6am and I had to get back on the road by then.

My family and I came with a basketball team of 10 families we stayed at the best Western and had the worst experience ever. I would not recommend this hotel. The staff was rude the rooms were filthy the beds were broken the food was horrible, cold and under cooked. The manager was rude and not willing to discuss our experience. The hotel is located in a very isolated area far from any activities in Arizona. The picture on the website of the pool is very deceiving the pool is very small could probably only get about 12 kids in there no place for adults to relax .

Excellent location near a brand new shopping center. Close to Cubs and As spring training stadiums. Clean, well-appointed rooms city complimentary breakfast. Putting green and helpful staff. Nearly new; nicest hotel in vicinity.

I enjoy staying at this hotel. It's nicely decorated and super clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good with real eggs on the buffet. This is one of the better Best Westerns I've experienced. It is in a more rural area, so keep that in mind. I will stay here again and again.
