Smells. Terrible noise at night and I’m 25 and don’t mind loud music but this was to the point I couldn’t sleep!

Lady woke us up every morning even thought the do not disturb sign was on! Pool is NOT what it looks like. Same goes for rooms. The breakfast is located in the lobby so you have to walk out of your room to get poor continental breakfast. Sounded like people were trying to open my door at times! Bad part of town.

After our experience with the Econo Lodge Phoenix Airport we will never stay at another Econo Lodge anywhere. We tried to book through Expedia for one night, but accidentally booked for 2 weeks. We noticed our mistake immediately and cancelled the reservation and re-booked for the one night we wanted - Our payment for the cancelled reservation has not been returned (we payed twice for the one night we wanted). We discussed this with Expedia and they said all we could do was speak with manager wen we were at the hotel. We asked to speak with the manager but were unable to do so and emailed him. He has refused to contact us or speak with us about the mistake. We notice other people have had the same problem with this place. Never again will be stay at an Econo Lodge and will strongly suggest our friends stay anywhere but there (even tho the service and the room there was good).

Horrible! The people above us we're making so much noise throughout the night! The floors in the room were so gross my feet were black. They have a code on the tv so you can't hook up your PlayStation and when we asked for it they gave us a wrong code. Their solution to that was to tell us they didn't know what to tell us if it wouldn't work. Not very professional! I won't stay here again.

The price, bonus free shuttle, friendly staff, clean room and comfy bed. The breakfast was bot huge but adequate for the price.

Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

I got the the smoke free room so no issues at all for me.

I stayed there because of the proximity to the Celebrity Theatre, was going to a concert. I got there at 1pm, for early check in, as I requested when making the reservation online. They were going to charge me xtra money if I checked in before 2pm. I sat in lobby, and, waited til 2pm. The room was okay, tv channel selection was terrible. The in room phone didn't work, the phone number listed on phone. .wrong number. When I tried calling the office number listed on website, they didn't answer. I wanted a late check out, because of being sick. No chance, unless I paid Xtra, or, for another night.

    Won't stay there, again.

The night person was rude and overbearing. When I asked a question if strongly recommended that "there are two motels up the road, and they don't have clean rooms and on tv!" He we hadn't been driving all day and wanted to rest. I would have left. But they had our card on file.

It met my needs. Free shuttle service to the airport was on time, driver was friendly and polite.

Originally they scheduled me for a upstairs unit, but I came in after 10 and since I was obviously tired the lady happily switched me to a ground floor unit. Saved me the hassle of lugging all my stuff up and down stairs.

So I've all my life been a Sheraton, Hyatt, Marriott person. Willing to pay a few extra for ambiance and amenities. Got into a pickle a few years ago a only hotel with rooms. Econolodge. We did it. Stayed there a found it one of the most comfortable stays ever. And this one is he same. High speed WiFi, work done in a heartbeat, comfy bed. Clean as a whistle. I'll do it again for sure.

Booked a room last week. I accidentally booked for the wrong date - used my phone and didn't see that it had booked us for June instead of May. My fault that I selected the non-refundable. however, called the hotel immediately and was told I needed to go through the company I booked with. The company I used to book tried contacting Econo Lodge several times - they were finally told that Econo Lodge is keeping my money. Yes, I booked the non-refundable. That was my fault. But, seriously, I saw the mistake and contacted them within 5 minutes. I will NEVER use Econo Lodge.

Not bad. Great location stingy breakfast. The room reeked of cigarette smoke but the convenience eas the best factor. Very nice pool

Det enda bra med detta ställe var närheten till flyget. Förövrigt var området lite creepy, dörren saknade list i underkant så alla smådjur kunde lätt ta sig in, fick lägga filt där under natten. Den såkallade frukosten var ett stort skämt.
