Staff were friendly and efficient. 3 of us checked in and there were 3 hotel staff to assist each if us for a very fast check-in. Gave us full details of the happenings that evening. ie manager appreciation (free wine and beer to hotel guests ) during certain times. And then. Milk & Cookies offered as well for younger guests & all. Laundry questions answered and change given. Even inquired about store and dinner choices nearby. Staff was wonderful about giving information and not rushing.

We stayed two nights and enjoyed our stay. We were on the third floor and never heard anything from other guests. The room was nice, comfortable and clean, and we did appreciate the sitting area and fridge separate from the bedroom area (closing the French doors suppressed the noise from the fridge). The snacks and drinks in the evening were nice, as was the breakfast.

Very friendly staff and great location. The daily happy hour, the daily cookies and milk, and the daily included breakfasts are really great perks and make it easy. The rooms are quite large and have a nice living room area with a fridge and microwave. It's a good budget conscious spot for the area.

Room was spacious and clean. They have a pool, jacuzzi, small gym and a little snack shop. Staff was friendly. A couple restaurants within walking distance.

Location, Location, Location! This hotel is a gem! Walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale. Beautiful interior, landscaping and pool. Clean, quiet rooms that are spacious. Wonderful FREE breakfast and friendly, happy staff. We now have our Scottsdale home away from home at a great daily rate. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Nice hotel in a great location. Easy walking distance to shopping and dining in Old Town Scottsdale. They also offer a light dinner and drinks six nights per week, and fresh cookies daily. I stay at a lot of Holiday Inns, and this is one of my favorites. My only grumble is that they charge $10 for an airport shuttle.

Absolutely amazing stay!
We have a family member who had a medical episode while on vacation in scottsdale. He is now stuck here for the foreseeable future so we are making visits once a month. We have stayed at 3 different hotels in area over the last few months. However, the Holiday Inn Express in Scottsdale will now be the ONLY place we stay. The staff is delightfully friendly; the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean; the free breakfast is tasty and plentiful; and the price was unbelievably reasonable. Truly, we have found our home away from home in Scottsdale.

Great rooms and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I wish I had more than one night there. The beds were sooooo comfortable and the room had small fridge and microwave. I went out though to a nice restaurant across the street called Oreganos. The hotel had a nice pool area, laundry facility on each floor and a small gym with treadmill and some weights. Very nice and very convenient!!!

Nice hotel. Clean. Had a managers reception each night with free drinks and snacks. Breakfast was good for Continental with hot options. Outdoor pool and hot tub were nice (pool is heated). The only weird thing was the room divider in our suite separating the beds from the living space. There were a set of glass doors between the two, and above them was a vent between the two rooms. So, it didn't provide any privacy between the two because sound and light could easily pass between. Might as well have not had the doors at all. Other than that, had a very pleasant stay.

We have staycationed here several times before, this time it was for our anniversary. Everyone was so friendly and gracious! I love that the shuttle will take you to all the local spots. You don't have to über or get a taxi to go out for dinner and drinks.
The manager's beer and wine reception was fun too. All of the guests gather in the lobby to hang out with complimentary snacks and beverages. It feels like a community! People exchange tips and recommendations, laugh, chat, and play games.
Every member of the staff, from the shuttle drivers to the front desk managers, and everyone in between was helpful and a joy to encounter.
Great pool, delicious breakfast, spacious rooms with really nice amenities and lots of local things to do and eat. What more can you ask for?

I wanted to thank Jeremy for the help he gave making sure my sister received a nice note in her room for her birthday. He went out of his way to come up with a solution as I was in Oregon and not able to attend to this personally. He called back to make sure he had the name right and took care of it for me.
