Amazing nights stay here ALL staff polite and nothing was to much to ask for.The Lands End restaurant was amazing the food was impeccable! Especially the Beef fillet! Cocktails to die for we have never seen so many different drinks on a menu! Room was perfect lovely emperor bedWe loves every second spent here.

This resort is absolutely amazing. It's gorgeous and the staff was incredible. They pay attention to the finest details to make sure you're experience is perfect. They have lots of activities around the resort and the outdoor views are spectacular.

This Ritz-Carlton property lives up to its name. Beautiful setting and grounds, friendly and caring staff, comfortable accommodations and excellent food. The breakfast in particular is delicious. We would like to salad choices at either restaurants. The SPA is great, too. Oh cherry on the cake, Native American flute playing to serenade you at sunset.

Staff was friendly and grounds were beautiful. Bed was broken and every time my boyfriend moved it would wake us both up. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a good nights sleep because of this. We were eating lunch at the pool and the sprinkles went off and soaked us. Management was nice about it but said maintenance men had gone for the day. Spa treatments were nice.

Beautiful hotel in a nice secluded countryside. They have a native flute player play every evening for ambiance and can be heard from your room. 2 nice pools and a huge slide. Great food at the restaurants and a really lovely staff. There isn't much around this place other than golf but if you are looking for peace and quiet, this is a good place.

We attended a professional event. Everything was well done and service oriented. The food was amazing! Which is not typical for a banquet. The drinks were kind of expensive. Lightning at the stairs when leaving needs to be enproved. A lady fell because she could not see them for a safe decent. But all in all it was a beautiful location and lovely facility.

We went for the top rated spa and were pleasantly surprised at all of the outdoor hiking trails and activity that was available. An excellent choice all around. We never had to leave the property as they had amazing gluten free food, including the best GF hamburger bun at the golf club. And they offer complimentary bottled water - a must have in the desert. Great place for a girls getaway or a family. All of the staff were amazing and top notch. Can't wait to return.

Here now! Great location, hiking trails are fantastic.
There were some things that could be improved on (see below) BUT I'm giving 5 stars specifically for Stephani at poolside service. She went above by getting us dryer sheets for the bugs (they deter them), helped with moving umbrellas when we changed seats and ALWAYS HAD A SMILE! Thank you for making our weekend.
Improvement areas were check in. I understand check in is at 4pm but when coming for the day it would be nice to allow a better place than a bathroom to change into swim attire. We arrived around 2pm and wanted to get straight to pool. Were fine if room isn't available but a tiny bathroom stall to change is gross.
We asked if we could use spa, which they allowed but almost seem put off. The spa had a large changing room. This should have been their first choice to offer us. We also asked 2x if they could give us a time for the room might be ready. We were Happy to wait for a bit in order to change in our room but no one would give us a time and repeated "well check in isn't until 4pm". Yes, we understood that but if it was only going to be say 30-45 min we would wait. Since no one would give a time, we changed at spa and after 20 min at pool we got the text the room was ready. Ugh
They (front desk) wasn't very friendly through this process. People come to AZ for the pool during the heat. Checking in at 4pm defeats why we were coming, there would be little pool time if we waited.
Lastly, I Hate when gratuity is added. Now, Stephani was fabulous but what if she wasn't ? Bell hop same thing. A tip is just that, a tip. Places that do this I feel like I'm being taken advantage off and its stealing my money. Just my preference.response / report this review -

Impeccable service where you are addressed by name throughout the stay. Everyone is at beckon call and there to make you feel special. Equally great for couples and families. Will continue to call this place home on weekends!

Beautiful property, well maintained! Super Classy. Excellent service, starting with the valet staff, bell boys, to Eduardo at the pool. Samantha Boone the front desk manager was super professional and friendly. The water ride is awesome, the pools are gorgeous specially the spa pool. The Casitas are spacious and well appointed. Tried all the restaurants, the food was delicious. Recommend to try the burger bystro by golf course since it has pretty views.

Just came back from a 3 day stay at the Ritz Carlton Dove mountain. Amazing service throughout the hotel. My husband and I were very happy with our stay. The pool service was great, the valet guys were always quick and the resort is beautiful! Perfect for a quick getaway.

I love that all employees make efforts to make everything Better exceptional experience. We used valet..They were awesome. Room service was top notch. Housekeeping was amazing, too. All the food was great. The spa was remarkable. No complaints. Even mistakes were handled well.

Stephen, at Core Bar, is quite possibly the best bartender I've had the pleasure of meeting. He is intelligent, friendly, and will go out of his way to ensure you will have an incredible night. His knowledge of food/wine pairing is beyond any I've ever seen. Anyone who has had the privilege of getting to know Stephen will say the same, I guarantee it. I've also heard he's actually a wizard, but I don't have any proof to back up this claim.
